Abstract
【解決手段】PtとPdとのうち少なくとも1つが含まれている複数の触媒層から構成されるディーゼル用酸化触媒において、排気の流れ方向に対して上流側触媒層5と下流側内触媒層6とに分割され、下流側内触媒層6の表面を覆うように下流側外触媒層7が更に形成され、上流側触媒層5と下流側内触媒層6とにPdが含まれるとともに下流側外触媒層7にPtが含まれ、上流側触媒層5に含まれるPtとPdとの量と、下流側内触媒層6に含まれるPtとPdとの量とが常に一定に設定され、酸化効率が所定値以上になるように下流側外触媒層7に含まれるPtの量が設定されている。

Claims (4)
- PtとPdとのうち少なくとも1つが含まれている三層の触媒層が基材に構成されているディーゼル用酸化触媒において、
排気の流れ方向に対して上流側触媒層と下流側外触媒層と下流側内触媒層とに分割され、
上流側触媒層と下流側内触媒層とにPtとPdとが含まれるとともに下流側外触媒層にPtが含まれ、上流側触媒層に含まれるPtとPdとの量と、下流側内触媒層に含まれるPtとPdとの量とが常に一定に設定され、酸化効率が所定値以上になるように下流側外触媒層に含まれるPtの量が設定される、

上流側触媒層と下流側内触媒層とにPtとPdとが含まれるとともに下流側外触媒層にPtが含まれ、上流側触媒層に含まれるPtとPdとの量と、下流側内触媒層に含まれるPtとPdとの量とが常に一定に設定され、酸化効率が所定値以上になるように下流側外触媒層に含まれるPtの量が設定され、
排気の流れ方向における前記下流側外触媒層の長さが排気の流れ方向におけるディーゼル用酸化触媒の全長の半分以上になるように構成される、
ディーゼル用酸化触媒。 - 前記基材に排気の流れ方向に対して六角形の断面を有する貫通孔が形成されている請求項1または請求項2に記載のディーゼル用酸化触媒。
- 前記基材がパーシャルタイプのスートフィルタである請求項1または請求項2に記載のディーゼル用酸化触媒。
