· 도 1 내지 도 19는 이하를 제외하고는 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에서의 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛의 개략적인 부분 단면도를 도시한다.
· 도 1b, 도 4b, 도 6b, 도 10b, 도 16b, 도 17b는 도 1에서의 본 발명의 실시예에 대한 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛의 제조 방법의 개략적인 부분 평면도를 도시한다.
· 도 1d 및 도 1e는 각각 본 발명에 따른 커버의 개략적인 저면도 및 평면도를 도시한다.
· 도 1f 및 도 1g는 각각 본 발명에 따라 덮여 있는 조립 요소의 각각의 개략적인 저면도 및 평면도를 도시한다.
· 도 1h는 글레이징 유닛의 제조를 도시한다.
명료화를 위해, 도시된 객체의 다양한 요소들은 반드시 축척대로 재생되는 것은 아니라는 점을 알려둔다.
Claims (22)
- - 제1 주면, 제2 주면 및 에지면을 갖는 무기 또는 유기 유리로 이루어진 제1 시트,
- 광원 지지부로 언급되는 지지 프로파일 부재를 구비한 주변 광원 - 광원은, 측방부가 방출 영역을 형성하는 자립식 광섬유와 각각 방출면을 구비한 반도체 칩을 포함하는 발광 다이오드 사이에서 선택되고, 다이오드용 지지 프로파일 부재는 인쇄 회로 기판 유형이고, 방출 영역 또는 방출면은 제1 시트의 두께 내에서 주입된 가시광, UV로 언급되는 자외선, 또는 둘 모두의 전파를 위해 제1 시트의 주입면으로 언급되는 에지면을 향하고, 그 후 제1 시트는 주입된 광에 대한 가이드로서 역할함 -,
- 안내된 광을 추출하여 적어도 하나의 조명 영역을 형성하는 수단
을 포함하고,
- 광원 지지부는, 재료에 의해 둘러싸이고 커버에 의해 덮이는 수용부 내에 있고,
- 커버 및 광원 지지부는 글레이징 유닛으로부터 제거 가능하고,
방출면 또는 방출 영역과 주입 에지면 사이의 거리는 직교 좌표계의 3방향(XYZ)으로, 광원 지지부에 대한 위치 설정 수단, 및 차단 수단으로 언급되는 위치 유지 수단에 의해 제어되며, 상기 위치 설정 수단 및 차단 수단은 주입 에지면에 대해 위치되는 조립 요소를 포함하는, 제1 시트와 관련된 광원 지지부를 조립하기 위한 시스템을 포함하고,
조립 요소는, 글레이징 유닛에 고정되거나, 글레이징 유닛의 둘레의 적어도 하나의 영역 상에서 중합체 밀봉부에 의해 둘러싸이며 오리피스를 갖는 핀 유형의 밀봉부 내 기계적 정착 수단을 포함하거나, 또는 둘 모두이며,
광원 지지부는 조립 요소 내에 있는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서, 광원 지지부를 조립하기 위한 시스템은, 조립 요소 상의 광원 지지부에 대한 위치 설정 수단을 포함하는 커버를 포함하고, 조립 요소 상의 제 위치에 커버를 유지하기 위한 수단은 조립 요소 상의 제 위치에 광원을 유지하기 위한 수단을 포함하거나, 또는 광원 지지부는 커버와는 독립적으로 조립 요소에 위치되고, 커버는 광원을 제 위치에 유지하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광원 지지부를 제 위치에 유지시키는 것은 적어도 부분적으로 조립 요소에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커버를 제 위치에 배치하기 위한 수단은, 조립 요소의 변형 없이 접점을 통해 커버가 광원 지지부를 보유하기 위한 조립 요소의 단부 정지부인, 평면 또는 선형 베어링, 단일점 베어링, 볼-조인트, 또는 피벗을 포함하는 기계적 수단들 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지부를 제 위치에 유지하기 위한 수단은, 조립 요소의 전체적인 변형 없이 접점을 통해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커버를 제 위치에 유지하기 위한 수단은 가역적이거나, 커버에 의해 보유될 수 있는 지지부를 제 위치에 유지하기 위한 수단은 가역적이거나, 또는 둘 모두인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커버를 제 위치에 유지하기 위한 수단은 커버용 위치 설정 수단과는 별개인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조립 요소는,
- 강성을 갖는 플라스틱, 금속, 또는 둘 모두로 이루어지고, 모노리식 환형 요소이거나,
- 또는, 강성을 갖는 플라스틱, 금속, 또는 둘 모두로 이루어지고, 다수의 별개 부분의 구성요소이거나,
- 또는, 광원의 수용을 위한 국부적 리세스를 갖는, 강성을 갖는 플라스틱 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광원 지지부는 위치 설정 수단에 의해 조립 요소에 위치되고, 커버는, 커버의 설치 위치에서 광원을 조립 요소 내 제 위치에 유지하기 위한 수단인 요소를 포함하거나 이와 협력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커버의 설치는 회전 및 가역적 부착에 의하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
- 커버는 직교 좌표계의 3개의 축을 따라 제 위치에 배치 및 유지하기 위한 요소의 수단에 의해 위치되는 광원 지지부를 보유하고,
- 조립 요소에 대한 커버의 직교 좌표계의 2개의 방향에 있어서의 배치는 활주식 연결에 의해 행해지며,
- 커버를 제 위치에 유지하는 것은 직교 좌표계의 제3 방향을 차단하여, 방출면 또는 방출 영역과 주입 에지면 사이에서의 배치를 보장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조립 요소는 비-방출 영역에, 주입 에지면을 기준설정(referencing)하기 위해, 또는 보강재를 형성하기 위해, 또는 둘 모두를 위해 사용되는, 주입 에지면을 향하거나 접촉하는 구성요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커버는 표면을 이루는(facial) 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커버는 조립 요소 내에 배치 및 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조립 요소는 접착 결합에 의해 글레이징 유닛에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글레이징 유닛는 제1 주면을 따라 방출면 또는 방출 영역을 지나 배열되는 금속 시트를 포함하거나, 또는 조립 요소의 일부가 수용부의 바닥에서 미광 실드(stray light shield)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제16항에 있어서, 글레이징 유닛이 적층될 때, 금속 시트는 적층 스페이서의 세트 백 영역에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조립 요소는,
- 글레이징 유닛을 차량 상에 고정하거나, 추가적인 요소를 글레이징 유닛 상에 고정하기 위해 글레이징 유닛에 트림을 고정하는데 사용되는 클립을 포함하는 인서트,
- 국부적으로 공동화(hollowed out)되는 미리-조립된 시일의 금속 중앙 섹션
중에서 선택되는 기능성 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글레이징 유닛은 단일-층 유닛이고, 제1 시트는 무기 또는 유기 유리로 이루어지거나, 또는 제2 시트는 적층 스페이서에 의해 제1 시트에 적층되는 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 글레이징 유닛에 대한 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛의 제조 방법이며,
- 제1 시트 및 선택적인 제2 시트를 공급한 후, 제1 시트, 제2 시트, 또는 둘 모두 상에 조립 요소를 배치하고 접착 결합을 이용하여 고정시키는 단계,
- 커버를 광원 지지부에 조립한 후 커버를 조립 요소 상에 조립하거나, 또는 광원 지지부를 조립 요소 상에 조립한 후 커버를 조립 요소 상에 조립하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 글레이징 유닛에 대한 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 차량용 조명 글레이징 유닛의 제조 방법이며,
- 제1 시트 및 선택적인 제2 시트를 공급한 후, 주형 내에 배치하는 단계,
- 시일을 포함하는 커버와 함께, 제1 시트, 제2 시트, 또는 둘 모두 상의 조립 요소를 주형 내에 배치하는 단계,
- 커버로 주형을 폐쇄하고, 시일을 압박하고, 중합체 밀봉 재료의 주입에 의해 오버몰딩하는 단계,
- 주형으로부터 글레이징 유닛을 제거하고, 주입 에지면을 향하는 영역으로부터 시일을 제거하여 광원에 대한 수용부를 남겨두는 단계,
- 커버와 광원 지지부를 조립한 후, 커버를 조립 요소 상에 조립하거나, 또는 광원 지지부를 조립 요소 상에 조립한 후, 커버를 조립 요소 및 지지부 상에 조립하는 단계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 삭제
