Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 광확산용 패널을 이용한 발광유리는, 그 단면이 원형상 갖는 일정 길이의 투명재질로 이루어진 다수 개의 코어가 일정 간격으로 횡방향을 따라 배열 형성된 코어부재 및, 상기 다수 개의 코어부재를 연결하도록 종방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 다수 개가 배열 형성된 투명재질의 링크부재를 매개로 전체적으로 격자형상을 이루는 메인패널과; 상기 메인패널의 양면에는 각각 위치하는 투명 또는 반투명 재질로 이루어진 유리판 및; 상기 메인패널이 내장된 한 쌍의 유리판 상호 간의 사이에 투입되어 경화되는 UV 레진 또는 투명재질의 합성수지로 이루어진 충진재;를 포함하여 구성된다.

Claims (5)
- 그 단면이 원형상 갖는 일정 길이의 투명재질로 이루어진 다수 개의 코어가 일정 간격으로 횡방향을 따라 배열 형성된 코어부재 및, 상기 다수 개의 코어부재를 연결하도록 종방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 다수 개가 배열 형성된 투명재질의 링크부재를 매개로 전체적으로 격자형상을 이루는 메인패널과; 상기 메인패널의 양면에는 각각 위치하는 투명 또는 반투명 재질로 이루어진 유리판 및; 상기 메인패널이 내장된 한 쌍의 유리판 상호 간의 사이에 투입되어 경화되는 UV 레진 또는 투명재질의 합성수지로 이루어진 충진재;를 포함하여 구성된 광확산용 패널을 이용한 발광유리에 있어서,
상기 메인패널은 PMMA(Poly Methyl Metha Crylate) 또는 PC(Polycarbonate) 재질로 구성되며, 그 외면에는 투명우레탄제와 경화제와 신너 및 광확산제가 각각 9:1:2:0.4의 중량비로 배합된 물질이나 IR도료 또는 UV도료로 이루어진 코팅물질이 분사 또는 침지의 과정을 거쳐 형성된 발광 및 도광코팅층이 형성됨과 아울러, 상기 발광 및 도광코팅층은 상기 메인패널의 중앙으로부터 양측면을 향해 코팅 두께가 감소하도록 코팅되어 양측단으로부터 제공되는 엘이디 광원으로부터의 광 분포도가 균일하게 유지될 수 있도록 구성되고;
상기 코어부재는 0.5 내지 0.8밀리미터[mm]의 직경으로 이루어지고, 상기 링크부재는 다수 가닥의 상기 코어부재를 연결함에 따라 그 측단면의 형상이 "8"자 체인 형상이 세로방향으로 연속적으로 배열된 형태로 이루어져 각 코어부재를 연결하는 지점은 0.1 내지 0.4밀리미터[mm]의 직경을 이룸과 아울러 상기 코어부재의 외주면을 감싸는 지점은 0.6 내지 0.9밀리미터[mm]의 직경을 이루도록 구성되며;
상기 메인패널과 충진재 및 유리판을 포함하는 발광유리의 양단에는 그 단면이 "ㄴ" 형상 또는 "ㄷ" 형상을 갖는 브라켓트가 설치되고, 상기 발광유리의 양단과 대응되는 브라켓트의 내부에는 엘이디 기판에 배치된 다수 개의 엘이디가 길이방향을 따라 형성되어, 상기 발광유리의 측단을 향해 소정 광원을 제공하도록 구성된 것;을 특징으로 하는 광확산용 패널을 이용한 발광유리. - 삭제

상기 발광유리의 양단과 대응되는 브라켓트의 내부에 구비되는 다수 개의 엘이디는 RGB 컨트롤러와 연계되어, 상기 RGB 컨트롤러 측으로 제어신호를 인가하도록 네트워크망을 통해 연결된 원격지의 PC나 리모컨의 조작에 따라, 상기 다수 개의 엘이디의 조도 및 색상, 구동시간, 온.오프의 제어가 가능하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산용 패널을 이용한 발광유리.
