도 2는 본 발명의 비교예 2에 따라 산성 용액을 미처리하여 제조한 에어로겔 블랭킷을 나타내는 SEM사진이다.

Claims (9)
- a) 산성 용액으로 표면 처리하여, 표면에 -OH기가 생성되고, 표면 처리하기 전에 비해 기공률이 증가하고 표면 거칠기가 증가한 블랭킷용 기재를 준비하는 단계;
b) 물유리 용액을 포함하는 실리카 졸(Silica sol)을 준비하는 단계;
c) 상기 실리카 졸을 상기 표면 처리된 블랭킷용 기재에 함침시키는 단계;
d) 상기 실리카 졸을 블랭킷용 기재에 함침시킨 상태에서 실리카 졸을 겔화시키는 단계; 및
e) 이후 표면개질 및 건조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 a) 단계의 산성 용액은 아세트산(CH3COOH), 염산(HCl) 및 질산(HNO3)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하고,
상기 블랭킷용 기재는 유리 섬유(glass fiber)이고,
상기 b) 단계의 물유리 용액은 1 내지 20 중량%의 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로겔 블랭킷 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 d) 단계 이후 e) 단계 전에 상기 겔에 크랙(crack)을 도입하는 겔 변형 공정을 수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로겔 블랭킷 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 겔 변형 공정은 한번은 실리카 겔이 함침된 블랭킷용 기재를 실린더 둘레에 일면이 접하도록 감고, 다른 한번은 다른 일면이 접하도록 감는 공정에 의하고,
상기 공정을 블랭킷용 기재를 90 °회전하여 1 회 이상 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로겔 블랭킷 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 실린더의 직경은 2 내지 10 cm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로겔 블랭킷 제조방법.
- 제1항 및 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 에어로겔 블랭킷.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 에어로겔 블랭킷은 10 내지 30 mW/mK의 열 전도도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로겔 블랭킷.
