Claims (23)
- 디하이드록시 화합물 및 탄산디에스테르를 중축합시켜 얻어진 폴리카보네이트 수지를, 필터를 이용하여 여과한 후에, 냉각 고화시키는 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 디하이드록시 화합물이 하기 일반식 (5)로 나타내는 디하이드록시 화합물이고, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지는, 원료 모노머로서, 일반식 (5) 로 나타내는 디하이드록시 화합물 이외의 디하이드록시 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 폴리카보네이트 수지의 전체 디하이드록시 화합물에서 유래하는 구조 단위에 대한 일반식 (5) 로 나타내는 디하이드록시 화합물에서 유래하는 구조 단위의 비율이 20 몰% 이상이고,
상기 필터의 눈금 간격이 50 ㎛ 이하이고, 상기 필터를 이용하여 여과한 후의 폴리카보네이트 수지의 온도가 200 ℃ 이상 280 ℃ 미만이 되도록 폴리카보네이트 수지를 여과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법.

상기 냉각 고화시켜 얻어진 폴리카보네이트 수지를 이용하고, 240 ℃ 에서 측정한 전단 속도 91.2 sec-1 에서의 용융 점도가 500 ㎩·s 이상 3000 ㎩·s 이하인 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 고화시켜 얻어진 폴리카보네이트 수지를 이용하고, 시차 주사형 열량계로 측정했을 때의 유리 전이 온도가 50 ℃ 이상 160 ℃ 미만인 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 고화시켜 얻어진 폴리카보네이트 수지를 이용하고, 염화메틸렌 중, 농도 0.6 g/㎗, 온도 20.0 ℃±0.1 ℃ 에서 측정한 환원 점도 (ηsp/c) 가 0.3 ㎗/g 이상 1.2 ㎗/g 이하인 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 필터가 용기에 격납되어 있고, 그 격납 용기의 내용적 (㎥) 을, 여과하는 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지의 유량 (㎥/분) 으로 나눈 값이 2 분 ∼ 10 분인 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 고화시켜 얻어진 폴리카보네이트 수지 중에 포함되는 방향족 모노하이드록시 화합물 함유량이 0.0001 질량% 이상 0.1 질량% 미만인 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 디하이드록시 화합물 및 탄산디에스테르를, 중축합 반응을 실시하기 전에 원료 여과 필터로 여과하는 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 필터가 350 ℃ 이상 500 ℃ 이하의 온도로 미리 배소 처리를 실시한 금속을 포함하는 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 여과 전의 폴리카보네이트 수지가 상기 필터의 격납 용기의 하부로부터 공급되고, 여과 후의 폴리카보네이트 수지가 그 격납 용기의 상부로부터 배출되는 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중축합이 촉매를 이용하여 이루어지는 것이고,
상기 촉매가 장주기형 주기표 제 2 족의 금속 및 리튬으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 금속 화합물인 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중축합시켜 얻어진 폴리카보네이트 수지를, 벤트구를 갖는 2 축을 갖는 압출기로 탈휘하는 조작을 실시한 후, 상기 필터에 공급하는 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 압출기의 스크루가 복수의 엘리먼트로 구성되어 있고, 그 엘리먼트의 적어도 1 개가 니딩 디스크이고, 그 니딩 디스크의 합계 길이가 상기 스크루 전체 길이의 20 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 압출기에 공급되는 폴리카보네이트 수지의 온도가 200 ℃ 이상 250 ℃ 미만인 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 필터에 공급되는 폴리카보네이트 수지의 온도가 220 ℃ 이상 280 ℃ 미만인 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 압출기와 상기 필터 사이에, 기어 펌프를 배치하는 폴리카보네이트 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 및 제 15 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진 옐로우 인덱스값이 30 이하인 폴리카보네이트 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 및 제 15 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진 폴리카보네이트 수지, 또는 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 및 제 15 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진 옐로우 인덱스값이 30 이하인 폴리카보네이트 수지를 압출 성형하여 얻어지는 두께 20 ㎛ ∼ 200 ㎛ 의 필름으로서, 그 필름에 포함되는 최대 길이가 25 ㎛ 이상인 이물질이 1000 개/㎡ 이하인 폴리카보네이트 수지제 필름.
- 촉매 및 원료 모노머로서 디하이드록시 화합물 그리고 탄산디에스테르를 이용하여, 에스테르 교환 반응에 의해 중축합시키고, 얻어진 폴리카보네이트 수지를, 필터를 이용하여 여과하여, 다이스로부터 스트랜드의 형태로 토출하고, 냉각 후, 커터를 이용하여, 폴리카보네이트 수지 펠릿을 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 디하이드록시 화합물이 하기 일반식 (5)로 나타내는 디하이드록시 화합물이고, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지는, 원료 모노머로서, 일반식 (5) 로 나타내는 디하이드록시 화합물 이외의 디하이드록시 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 폴리카보네이트 수지의 전체 디하이드록시 화합물에서 유래하는 구조 단위에 대한 일반식 (5) 로 나타내는 디하이드록시 화합물에서 유래하는 구조 단위의 비율이 20 몰% 이상이고,
상기 필터의 눈금 간격이 50 ㎛ 이하이고, 상기 다이스로부터 토출되는 수지의 온도가 200 ℃ 이상 280 ℃ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 펠릿의 제조 방법.
