Abstract
Description
도 2는 도 1 중의 상부 선회체 중 캡, 외장 커버의 일부를 제거한 상태에서 유압 셔블을 확대하여 나타내는 일부 파단의 평면도이다.
도 3은 엔진, 유압 펌프, 작업용 유압 실린더 및 엔진 제어 장치를 포함한 로드 센싱 제어용 유압 회로를 유압 실린더의 정지 상태에서 나타내는 전체 구성 도이다.
도 4는 도 3 중의 유압 실린더를 구동하기 위하여 방향 제어 밸브를 중립 위치로부터 전환 위치로 전환한 상태를 나타내는 전체 구성도이다.

Claims (5)
- 원동기인 엔진과,
당해 엔진의 배기측에 설치되며 배기 가스를 정화하는 필터를 가진 배기 가스 정화 장치와,
당해 배기 가스 정화 장치에 설치되며 상기 필터의 전, 후의 차압을 검출하는 압력 검출기와,
상기 엔진에 의해 구동되며 용량 가변부를 가지는 가변 용량형의 유압 펌프와,
당해 유압 펌프에 의한 압유의 토출 용량을 가변적으로 제어하는 용량 레귤레이터와,
상기 유압 펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동되는 유압 액츄에이터와,
상기 유압 펌프로부터 상기 유압 액츄에이터로 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 방향 제어 밸브와,
상기 유압 펌프의 토출압이 상기 유압 액츄에이터의 최고 부하압보다 목표 차압분만큼 높아지도록 상기 용량 레귤레이터에 로드 센싱용 제어압을 출력하는 압력 제어 밸브와,
상기 엔진의 회전을 제어함과 함께 상기 배기 가스 정화 장치의 필터 재생 처리를 행하는 컨트롤러를 구비하여 이루어지는 건설 기계에 있어서,
상기 용량 레귤레이터와 상기 압력 제어 밸브의 사이에는, 상기 압력 제어 밸브로부터 상기 용량 레귤레이터에 상기 로드 센싱용 제어압이 그대로 출력되는 것을 허용하는 제어 위치와, 상기 용량 레귤레이터로 출력되는 상기 로드 센싱용 제어압을 미리 결정된 저압값까지 저하시키는 제어 해제 위치 중 어느 것으로 상기 컨트롤러로부터의 제어 신호에 의해 전환되는 제어압 전환 밸브가 설치되고,
상기 용량 레귤레이터는, 상기 제어압 전환 밸브가 상기 제어 위치로부터 제어 해제 위치로 전환되어 상기 로드 센싱용 제어압이 상기 저압값까지 저하했을 때, 상기 엔진의 배기 가스 온도를 상기 필터의 재생에 필요한 온도까지 상승시키기 위하여 상기 유압 펌프의 토출 용량을 증대시키도록 구성되어 있고,
상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 압력 검출기에서 검출된 상기 필터의 전, 후 차압에 의해 상기 필터의 재생이 필요하다고 판정했을 때, 상기 제어압 전환 밸브를 상기 제어 위치로부터 제어 해제 위치로 전환하는 상기 제어 신호를 출력하고, 상기 로드 센싱용 제어압을 상기 저압값까지 저하시켜, 상기 유압 펌프의 토출 용량을 증대시켜 상기 엔진의 회전 부하를 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 기계. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방향 제어 밸브가 중립 위치에 있는지의 여부를 검출하는 조작 검출기를 구비하고, 상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 조작 검출기에 의해 상기 방향 제어 밸브가 중립 위치에 있는 것을 검출하고, 또한 상기 필터의 재생이 필요하다고 판정했을 때, 상기 제어압 전환 밸브를 상기 제어 위치로부터 제어 해제 위치로 전환하는 상기 제어 신호를 출력하는 구성으로 하여 이루어지는 건설 기계. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방향 제어 밸브가 중립 위치에 록 되어 있는지의 여부를 검출하는 조작 록 검출기를 구비하고, 상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 조작 록 검출기에 의해 상기 방향 제어 밸브가 중립 위치에 록 되어 있는 것을 검출하며, 또한 상기 필터의 재생이 필요하다고 판정했을 때, 상기 제어압 전환 밸브를 상기 제어 위치로부터 제어 해제 위치로 전환하는 상기 제어신호를 출력하는 구성으로 하여 이루어지는 건설 기계. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유압 펌프의 상기 용량 가변부는, 상기 용량 레귤레이터에 의해 경전 구동되어 상기 압유의 토출 용량을 변화시키는 구성으로 하고,
상기 유압 펌프에는, 상기 제어압 전환 밸브가 상기 제어 위치에 있는 동안에는 상기 용량 가변부가 최대 경전 위치와 최소 경전 위치의 사이에서 상기 용량 레귤레이터에 의해 경전 구동되는 것을 허용하고, 상기 컨트롤러로부터의 제어 신호에 의해 상기 제어압 전환 밸브가 상기 제어 위치로부터 제어 해제 위치로 전환되었을 때에는 상기 용량 가변부의 경전 위치를 미리 결정된 범위 내로 제한하는 경전 위치 제한 장치를 설치하는 구성으로 하여 이루어지는 건설 기계. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유압 액츄에이터 및 방향 제어 밸브를 각각 복수 개 구비하고, 또한 상기 복수의 방향 제어 밸브의 전, 후 차압을 각각 제어하는 복수의 압력 보상 밸브를 구비하고, 상기 압력 제어 밸브는, 상기 복수의 유압 액츄에이터의 최고 부하압보다 목표 차압분만큼 높아지도록 상기 로드 센싱용 제어압을 제어하는 구성으로 하여 이루어지는 건설 기계.
