Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- (a) 오염 농도의 아산화질소 (N2O)를 함유하는 공급 가스 스트림이 생성물 스트림과 열 교환 관계에 있는 제1 열 전달 구역을 통과하여, 열이 생성물 스트림으로부터 공급 가스 스트림으로 전달됨으로써 가열된 가스 스트림을 제공하는 단계;
(b) 상기 가열된 가스 스트림이 아산화질소 분해를 제공하는 N2O 분해 촉매를 함유하는 반응 구역을 지나가고, 그로부터 감소된 농도의 아산화질소를 가지는 생성물 스트림을 산출하는 단계; 및
(c) 생성물 스트림이 제1 열 전달 구역을 지나, 냉각된 생성물 스트림을 제공하는 단계
를 포함하는, 오염 농도의 아산화질소를 함유하는 공급 가스 스트림에서 아산화질소의 제거 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (a)로부터의 가열된 가스 스트림이 제2 열 전달 구역을 지나, 가열된 가스 스트림이 추가로 가열되는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각된 생성물 스트림이 제3 열 전달 구역을 지나, 냉각된 생성물 스트림으로부터 추가의 열을 회수하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각된 생성물 스트림이 대기를 지나기 전에 추가의 처리 공정을 지나 추가의 온실 가스 성분을 제거하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오염 농도의 아산화질소가 약 100 ppmv 내지 약 600,000 ppmv의 범위이고, 상기 방법의 아산화질소 파괴 제거 효율 (Deff)이 75 % 초과인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 N2O 분해 촉매가 루테늄, 로듐, 은, 레늄, 오스뮴, 이리듐, 백금 및 금으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 귀 금속이 로딩되고, 바나듐, 크로뮴, 망간, 철, 코발트, 니켈 및 구리로 구성된 군에서 선택된 전이 금속이 로딩된 제올라이트를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 열 전달 구역이 전기식 히터, 가스 버너, 스팀 히터 또는 촉매성 변환기(converter)를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제3 열 전달 구역이 물 또는 스팀을 가열하여 스팀을 생산하거나 또는 스팀을 가열하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응 구역이 추가의 촉매를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제7항 및 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스 스트림이 촉매와 접촉하여 가스 스트림 내 NOx, CO, VOC 또는 다이옥신의 함량을 감소시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
