Abstract
본 발명에 따른 철 이온이 교환된 이산화티타늄 지지체에 담지된 오산화바나듐-삼산화텅스텐 촉매는 이산화티타늄 지지체의 표면을 개질하여 기능화시킨 후 철 이온의 전구물질과 혼합한 후, 고상이온교환법을 이용하여 승화온도에서 철 이온을 교환시킨 철 이온-이산화티타늄 지지체로 사용하여 질소산화물 제거반응에서 우수한 질소산화물 제거성능을 보유하면서도 부산물로 생성되는 아산화질소의 생성 및 배출수준을 획기적으로 저감할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 철 이온이 교환된 이산화티타늄 지지체에 담지된 오산화바나듐-삼산화텅스텐 촉매의 탈질성능을 보여주는 그래프.
Claims (9)
- 고정원에서 발생하는 질소산화물을 암모니아 또는 요소수를 환원제로 사용하여 선택적으로 제거하는 이산화티타늄 지지체에 지지된 오산화바나듐-삼산화텅스텐 촉매에 있어서,
상기 이산화티타늄 지지체는 표면을 개질하여 기능화시킨 후 철 이온 전구체와 혼합하여 승화온도에서 이온교환법으로 철 이온을 교환시킨 철 이온-이산화티타늄 지지체인 것을 특징으로 하는
철 이온이 교환된 이산화티타늄 지지체에 담지된 오산화바나듐-삼산화텅스텐 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 철 이온은 2가 철 이온인 것임을 특징으로 하는
철 이온이 교환된 이산화티타늄 지지체에 담지된 오산화바나듐-삼산화텅스텐 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 이산화티타늄 지지체의 표면은 수산화기로 기능화되는 것을 특징으로 하는
철 이온이 교환된 이산화티타늄 지지체에 담지된 오산화바나듐-삼산화텅스텐 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 이온교환법은 고상이온교환인 것을 특징으로 하는
철 이온이 교환된 이산화티타늄 지지체에 담지된 오산화바나듐-삼산화텅스텐 촉매.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 철이온은 이산화티타늄 지지체에 대하여 0.5 내지 5 중량% 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는
철 이온이 교환된 이산화티타늄 지지체에 담지된 오산화바나듐-삼산화텅스텐 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 오산화바나듐은 이산화티타늄 지지체에 대하여 0.2 내지 3 중량% 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는
철 이온이 교환된 이산화티타늄 지지체에 담지된 오산화바나듐-삼산화텅스텐 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 삼산화텅스텐은 이산화티타늄 지지체에 대하여 2 내지 30 중량% 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는
철 이온이 교환된 이산화티타늄 지지체에 담지된 오산화바나듐-삼산화텅스텐 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
질소산화물 제거반응에서 부산물로 생성되는 아산화질소의 수준을 낮출 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는
철 이온이 교환된 이산화티타늄 지지체에 담지된 오산화바나듐-삼산화텅스텐 촉매.
- 제 1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 철 이온이 교환된 이산화티타늄 지지체에 담지된 오산화바나듐-삼산화텅스텐 촉매를 이용한 질소산화물의 제거방법.
