Claims (25)
- 비격자 알루미늄(nonlattice aluminum)과 함께 격자 알루미늄(여기서, 당해 알루미늄은 B, Be, Ga, Fe, Cr, V, As, Sb 및 Bi로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소에 의해 부분 대체될 수 있다)을 포함하고 비격자 알루미늄 대 격자 알루미늄의 몰 비 범위가 1:2 내지 20:1이며 H형으로 존재하고/하거나 이온교환된 철을 함유하는 제올라이트 촉매로 N20 함유 기체를 통과시켜 기체 중의 N2O 함량을 감소시키는 방법으로서,N2O를 (N2O용 환원제의 부재하에) 질소 및 산소로 촉매 분해시킴으로써 N2O 함량이 감소됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 제올라이트 촉매(들)가 MFI, BEA, FER 또는 MEL형임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 제올라이트 촉매(들)의 비격자 알루미늄 대 격자 알루미늄의 몰 비 범위가 1:1 내지 15:1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 제올라이트 촉매 중의 격자 알루미늄이 B, Be, Ga, Fe, Cr, V, As, Sb 및 Bi로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소에 의해 부분 대체되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 제올라이트 촉매 중의 격자 규소가 Ge, Ti, Zr 및 Hf로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소에 의해 부분 대체되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 제올라이트 촉매에 이온 교환에 의해 철이 담지되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N2O 함유 기체가 N2O 이외에 NOX를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, NOX/N2O의 몰 비가 0.5 미만임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 제올라이트 촉매를 중간 공정 단계에서 수열 처리(hydrothermal treatment)하여 제1항에 기재된 바와 같은 비격자 알루미늄 대 격자 알루미늄의 몰 비를 갖도록 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N2O 함유 기체가 질산 제조 공정으로부터 생성된 공정 가스 또는 배출 가스임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N2O 함유 기체가 가스 터빈의 작동에 의한 배출 가스임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N2O 함유 기체가 발전기 작동에 의한 배출 가스임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N2O 함유 기체가 철 함유 제올라이트 촉매로 통과하는 온도가 200 내지 600℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, NOX의 촉매적 환원용 환원제를 N2O 및 NOX 함유 기체에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 비격자 알루미늄 및 격자 알루미늄을 모두 함유하고 비격자 알루미늄 대 격자 알루미늄의 몰 비가 1:2 내지 20:1이며 철을 1중량% 이상 함유(제올라이트의 질량을 기준으로 하여, Fe2O3으로 계산된 값)하는 제올라이트 촉매로서,격자 알루미늄이 B, Be, Ga, Fe, Cr, V, As, Sb 및 Bi로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소에 의해 부분 대체되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매.
- 제15항에 있어서, 철을 3 내지 10중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제15항에 있어서, 철이 고상 이온 교환(solid state ion exchange)에 의해 담지되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매.
- 제17항에 있어서,암모늄염, NH3/NH4-제올라이트 또는 N 함유 화합물을 포함하는 성분(1), Si/Al 비가 5 이상이고 실리케이트 함량이 높은 제올라이트 구조를 포함하는 성분(2)(여기서, 격자 알루미늄은 B, Be, Ga, Fe, Cr, V, As, Sb 및 Bi로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소에 의해 부분 대체된다) 및 철 화합물을 포함하는 성분(3)으로 이루어진 무수 혼합물을 제조하는 단계(a),수득한 혼합물을 철 이온 교환이 완료될 때까지, 300℃ 이상의 온도에서 가열하는 단계(b) 및증기 처리를 포함하는 그 자체로 공지된 방식으로 수득한 철 이온교환된 제올라이트 촉매를 탈알루미늄 처리하여 비격자 알루미늄 대 격자 알루미늄의 몰 비 범위를 1:2 내지 20:1로 설정하는 단계(c)로 수득할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매.
- 제15항에 있어서, MFI, BEA, FER 또는 MEL형임을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매.
- 제15항에 있어서, 탈알루미늄화가 증기 처리에 의해 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매.
- 제15항에 있어서, 촉매 중에 존재하는 격자 규소가 Ge, Ti, Zr 및 Hf로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소에 의해 부분 대체됨을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 제올라이트 촉매(들)가 MFI형임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, N2O 함유 기체가 철 함유 제올라이트 촉매 위를 통과하는 온도가 250 내지 450℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매가 알루미늄 이외에 B, Be, Ga, Fe, Cr, V, As, Sb 및 Bi로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 추가의 비격자 원소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 알루미늄 이외에 B, Be, Ga, Fe, Cr, V, As, Sb 및 Bi로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 비격자 원소가 추가로 존재할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매.
