Abstract
Description
도면 2는 본 발명의 촉매 반응기 내의 철이온이 함침된 제올라이트 촉매에 의해 상기 배기가스 중에서 아산화질소와 일산화질소의 동시 제거 공정을 도식적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도면 3은 질산 공정 발생 배기가스에 대한 공간속도 변화에 따른 본 발명의 N2O 전환율을 측정한 결과이다(촉매층 입구온도 = 250℃)
도면 4는 질산 공정 발생 가스에 대한 촉매층 입구온도 변화에 따른 본 발명의 N2O 전환율을 측정한 결과이다(공간시간 = 20000 hr-1)

Claims (6)
- 촉매를 사용한 화학공장 배기가스 내 아산화질소와 일산화질소의 동시 제거 방법에 있어서,
i) 아산화질소(N2O)와 질소산화물(NOx)를 포함하는 배기가스를 300~400 ℃의 온도의 범위로 촉매 반응기에 공급하는 단계; 및
ii) 상기 촉매 반응기는 철이온이 함침된 제올라이트 촉매를 포함하고, 상기 배기가스의 촉매 반응기내 공간 속도를 20000~25000 hr-1의 범위로 유지시켜 접촉 반응시키는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 접촉 반응 단계에서는 환원제로 암모니아가 1100~3300 ppm의 농도로 공급되며, 상기 촉매 반응기 내의 철이온이 함침된 제올라이트 촉매에 의해 상기 배기가스 중에서 아산화질소와 일산화질소를 동시에 제거되며,
상기 접촉 반응 단계에서 촉매 반응기 온도는 400 ℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매를 사용한 화학공장 배기가스 내 아산화질소와 일산화질소의 동시 제거 방법 - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 철이온이 함침된 제올라이트 촉매는, (A) Al2O3/SiO2 몰(mole)비가 5 ~ 100인, BEA, MFI, MOR 및 FER 으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 제올라이트를 질소 분위기에서 수증기를 0.1 ~ 2 시간 동안 공급하여 수분 전처리하는 단계; (B) 상기 수분 전처리된 제올라이트에 철 질산염 수화물 (Fe(NO3)3·9H2O)을 사용하여 철이온을 함침시키는 단계; (C) 상기 철이온이 함침된 제올라이트를 공기 중의 100 ~ 120 ℃의 온도에서 5 ~ 24 시간동안 건조하는 단계; 및 (E) 상기 건조된 철이온이 함침된 제올라이트를 공기 중 400 ~ 600 ℃의 온도에서 1 ~ 5 시간 동안 소성하는 단계;를 거쳐 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매를 사용한 화학공장 배기가스 내 아산화질소와 일산화질소의 동시 제거 방법 - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트 내의 양이온은 나트륨, 암모늄 및 수소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매를 사용한 화학공장 배기가스 내 아산화질소와 일산화질소의 동시 제거 방법 - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 철 질산염 수화물(Fe(NO3)3·9H2O)의 농도는 0.001 ~ 1.0 M인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매를 사용한 화학공장 배기가스 내 아산화질소와 일산화질소의 동시 제거 방법 - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트에 함침되는 철이온의 양을 제어하기 위해 상기 (B) 단계와 (C) 단계를 복수회 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매를 사용한 화학공장 배기가스 내 아산화질소와 일산화질소의 동시 제거 방법 - 삭제
