도 2는 로터 기판 및 스테이터 기판 부분을 확대하여 나타내는 종단면도이다.
도 3은 로터 기판 및 스테이터 기판을 각각 구성하는 다층 기판을 분해하여 도시하는 도이다.
도 4a 및 4b는, 1T 센서부에 관한 로터 코일 및 스테이터 코일의 위치 관계를 설명하기 위한 개념도이다.
도 5는 16T 센서부에 관하여 도시하는 도 4 상당도이다.
도 6은 연산처리에 관한 블록선도이다.
도 7은 1T 센서부 및 16T 센서부의 디지털 위치 신호를 설명하기 위한 개념도이다.
도 8은 회전 검출기에서의 여자신호의 주파수와 검출신호(출력 전압)와의 관계를 도시하는 도이다.
도 9는 1T 센서부에 관하여 양측 스테이터와 편측 스테이터와의 특성의 차이를 설명하기 위한 것으로, (a)는 로터 기판의 어긋난 양과 출력 전압과의 관계, (b)는 로터 기판의 어긋난 양과 검출 각도의 오차와의 관계를 도시하는 도이다.

Claims (4)
- 로터 및 스테이터와,
상기 로터에 배치된 로터 코일(22)과,
상기 스테이터에 배치된 검출 코일(21a,21b)과,
상기 로터 코일(22)이 여자신호로 여자되는 것에 의해 상기 검출 코일(21a,21b)에 유도되는 검출신호를 처리하고, 상기 로터와 상기 스테이터와의 상대적 회전 각도를 검출하는 제어회로(17)와,
외부 기기와 데이터 통신을 행하기 위한 통신수단(19)과,
펄스엔코더의 기능을 하는 접점출력회로(23)를 포함하고,
상기 통신수단(19)은, 케이블을 통해 상기 외부 기기에 접속되어 있고,
상기 제어회로(17)는, 상기 검출신호를 기본으로 하여, 미리 설정된 회전 각도로 온·오프 하는 스위치 신호를 출력하는 기능을 갖고,
상기 외부 기기에 의해, 상기 통신수단(19)을 개재하여 상기 스위치 신호에 관한 상기 회전 각도의 설정 변경이 가능하게 구성됨과 동시에,
상기 외부 기기에 의해, 상기 통신수단(19)을 개재하여 상기 접점출력회로(23)가 출력하는 펄스신호의 펄스 레이트의 설정변경을 가능하게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 검출장치(10). - 로터 및 스테이터와,
상기 로터에 배치된 로터 코일(22)과,
상기 스테이터에 배치된 검출 코일(21a,21b)과,
상기 로터 코일(22)이 여자신호로 여자되는 것에 의해 상기 검출 코일(21a,21b)에 유도되는 검출신호를 처리하고, 상기 로터와 상기 스테이터와의 상대적 회전 각도를 검출하는 제어회로(17)와,
외부 기기와 데이터 통신을 행하기 위한 통신수단(19)과,
펄스엔코더의 기능을 하는 접점출력회로(23)를 포함하고,
상기 통신수단(19)은, 케이블을 통해 상기 외부 기기에 접속되어 있고,
상기 제어회로(17)는, 상기 검출신호를 기본으로 하여 소정 시간 당의 회전 각도를 측정하고, 당해 회전 각도의 측정치와 소정 문턱치와의 비교 결과에 따라서 온·오프 하는 스위치 신호를 출력하는 제한속도 검출 기능을 갖고,
상기 외부 기기에 의해, 상기 통신수단(19)을 개재하여 상기 소정 시간 당의 회전 각도의 측정치에 관한 상기 소정 문턱치의 설정 변경이 가능하게 구성됨과 동시에,
상기 외부 기기에 의해, 상기 통신수단(19)을 개재하여 상기 접점출력회로(23)가 출력하는 펄스신호의 펄스 레이트의 설정변경을 가능하게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 검출장치(10). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로터, 상기 스테이터, 및 상기 제어회로(17)의 기판(15)을 수용하는 외곽 케이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 검출장치(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전 각도로서 1회전 내의 앱솔루트 위치, 또는 회전 회수와 함께 앱솔루트 위치를 검출하는 다회전 검출형 의 구성으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 검출장치(10).
