Description

도 2는 개질되지 않은 카본 블랙 N234(A)으로 제조된 고무 배합물 및 본 발명에 따른 황화나트륨 처리된 개질된 카본 블랙 N234(B)으로 제조된 고무 배합물의 탄젠트 델타(Tan Delta) 곡선의 비교를 예시한다.
Claims (9)
- 표면 개질된 카본 블랙의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 방법은, 카본 블랙을 황-함유 화합물로 처리하여 상기 표면 개질된 카본 블랙을 수득하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 표면 개질된 카본 블랙은, 중합체 조성물과 배합되는 경우, 카본 블랙-중합체 상호작용을 변경시켜, 상기 중합체 조성물의 히스테리시스를 적어도 1% 감소시키며,
상기 황-함유 화합물은 알칼리 금속 황산염, 알칼리 금속 아황산염, 알칼리 금속 황화물, 알칼리 토금속 황산염, 알칼리 토금속 아황산염, 알칼리 토금속 황화물, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황-함유 화합물은 황산나트륨, 황화나트륨, 아황산나트륨, 폴리황화나트륨, 티오황산나트륨, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황-함유 화합물은 상기 카본 블랙의 0.005 내지 1중량% 범위의 양으로 사용되는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 조성물의 히스테리시스의 감소는 1% 내지 20%의 범위인, 방법.
