- 적어도 1종의 유기 용매 중에서 적어도 1종의 개시제의 존재하에 올레핀계 불포화 단량체 (a)의 혼합물의 공중합에 의해 수득가능한 적어도 -30℃의 유리 전이 온도 Tg를 갖는 공중합체 (A)이며, 여기서 중합되는 단량체 (a)의 혼합물은
(a1) 10 내지 60 mol%의 하기 화학식 I의 적어도 1종의 단량체

- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 (a1) 및 (a2)의 몰 분율의 총 합계가, 사용된 단량체 (a)의 총 몰량을 기준으로 적어도 95 mol%인 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합되는 단량체 (a)의 혼합물이 단량체 (a1) 및 (a2)로 이루어진 것인 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합을 위해 사용된 단량체 (a)가 공중합에서 완전히 예비혼합된 형태로 사용된 것인 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 유기 용매의 총량을 기준으로, 5 wt% 미만의 유기 양성자성 용매가 공중합에서 사용된 것인 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 1종의 공중합체 (A)를 포함하는 용매계 안료처리 코팅 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 결합제로서 (B) 아크릴레이트 중합체, 폴리우레탄 중합체 및 폴리에스테르 중 1종 이상을 포함하고, 적어도 1종의 결합제가 15 내지 350 ㎎ KOH/g의 OH가를 갖는 것인 코팅 조성물.
- (1) 기판에 적어도 1종의 베이스코트 물질을 적용하고,
(2) 단계 (1)에서 적용된 베이스코트 물질로부터 중합체 필름을 형성하고,
(3) 생성된 베이스코트 필름에 적어도 1종의 클리어코트 물질을 적용하고, 이어서
(4) 단계 (3)에서 적용된 클리어코트 물질과 함께 베이스코트 필름을 경화시키는 것
에 의한, 멀티코트 페인트 시스템의 제조 방법이며,
여기서 베이스코트 물질로서 제9항에 따른 코팅 조성물을 사용하고, 클리어코트 필름이 멀티코트 페인트 시스템의 최상단 필름인 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 베이스코트 물질을 적용하기 전에, 우선 적어도 1종의 프라이머 및 이어서 적어도 1종의 서피서를 기판에 적용하고, 금속성 기판 또는 플라스틱 기판을 기판으로서 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 단계 (1)로부터의 기판이 결함 부위를 갖는 멀티코트 페인트 시스템인 방법.
- 제11항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조가능한 멀티코트 페인트 시스템.
