Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시형태의 음극 재료를 포함하는 합제를 집전체에 도포해서 가압하고 있을 때의 합제층의 구조(a) 및 가압 후의 합제층의 구조(b)를 나타내는 개념도이다.
Claims (11)
- 인조 흑연으로 이루어지는 흑연(A)과, 천연 흑연을 구괴상으로 가공해서 이루어지는 흑연(B)을 함유하는 혼합 흑연재로 이루어지는 것으로서,
흑연(A)은 비침상의 석유계 피치 코크스를 원료로 해서 합성된 등방성의 결정 구조를 갖는 것이며, 1차 입자의 애스펙트비가 1.00~1.32이며, 레이저 라만에 의한 R값이 0.01 이상 0.2 이하이며, 또한 혼합 흑연재에 함유되는 흑연(A)의 양은 50~80질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
혼합흑연재에 함유되는 흑연(A)의 양이 50~70질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
흑연(A)은 체적 기준 누적 입도 분포에 있어서의 50% 입자 지름이 10~30㎛이고, 또한 BET 비표면적이 0.5~5.0㎡/g이며, 또한
흑연(B)은 체적 기준 누적 입도 분포에 있어서의 50% 입자 지름이 12~25㎛이고, 또한 BET 비표면적이 1.5~7.0㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
흑연(A)은 비침상의 석유계 피치 코크스를 원료로 해서 합성된 등방성의 결정 구조를 갖고, 또한 입자 표면에 코팅층을 실질적으로 갖지 않는 것이며, 1차 입자의 애스펙트비가 1.00~1.32이며, 레이저 라만에 의한 R값이 0.01 이상 0.2 이하이며, 또한 30℃~100℃의 열 팽창률이 4.0×10-6℃-1 이상 5.0×10-6℃-1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
혼합 흑연재 100질량부에 대하여 0.1~15질량부의 섬유상 탄소를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극 재료. - 제 1 항에 기재된 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극 재료와 바인더를 포함해서 이루어지는 합제를 집전체 상에 도포해서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
- 혼합 흑연재를 함유하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극으로서,
상기 혼합 흑연재는 인조 흑연으로 이루어지는 흑연(A)과 천연 흑연을 구괴상으로 가공해서 이루어지는 흑연(B)을 함유하는 것이며,
흑연(A)은 비침상의 석유계 피치 코크스를 원료로 해서 합성된 등방성의 결정 구조를 갖는 것이며, 1차 입자의 애스펙트비가 1.00~1.32이고, 레이저 라만에 의한 R값이 0.01 이상 0.2 이하이며, 또한 혼합 흑연재 중의 흑연(A)의 혼합 비율이 50~80질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
혼합흑연재 중 흑연(A)의 혼합비율이 50~70질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극. - 삭제
