Claims (9)
- 엔진의 배기가스를 배출시키도록 형성된 배기 파이프에 장착되고, 배기가스 중 탄화수소(HC)와 일산화탄소(CO)를 정화시키는 디젤산화촉매(Diesel Oxidation Catalyst; DOC) 장치;
상기 디젤산화촉매 장치 후단에 위치하며, 상기 배기파이프 내부에 우레아 수용액을 분사하는 우레아 인젝터(Urea Injector);
상기 디젤산화촉매 장치 전단에 위치하며, 상기 엔진으로부터 배출된 배기가스에 디젤 연료를 분사하는 플라즈마 인젝터(Plasma Injector);
상기 우레아 인젝터 후단에 위치하며, 질소산화물과 암모니아의 환원반응을 통해 상기 디젤산화촉매 장치를 통과한 배기가스의 질소산화물을 저감시키는 선택적환원촉매(Selective Catalyst Reduction; SCR) 장치; 및
상기 선택적환원촉매 장치 후단에 위치하며, 상기 분사된 우레아를 가수분해시키는 가수분해 촉매가 코팅되어 배기가스의 입자상물질을 저감시키는 입자상물질 제거용 필터(Diesel Particulate matter Filter; DPF)를 포함하고,
상기 입자상물질 제거용 필터와 상기 선택적환원촉매 장치 사이에는,
저압 배기가스 재생(low pressure exhaust gas recirculation; LP-EGR) 장치 파이프가 연결되는 배기 시스템. - 제 1 항에서,
상기 우레아 인젝터 후단에 위치하며, 상기 디젤산화촉매 장치를 통과한 배기가스의 신속한 유동 확산이 가능하도록 구비된 제1 믹서(Mixer)를 더 포함하는 배기 시스템. - 제 1 항에서,
상기 디젤산화촉매 장치 전단에 위치하며, 상기 플라즈마 인젝터로부터 분사된 디젤 연료의 신속한 유동 확산이 가능하도록 구비된 제2 믹서를 더 포함하는 배기 시스템. - 삭제

상기 선택적환원촉매 장치의 전단 및 후단에 질소산화물 센서가 구비되는 배기 시스템. - 제 1 항에서,

상기 디젤산화촉매 장치의 배기 가스 온도 및 상기 선택적환원촉매 장치의 입구측 배기 가스 온도를 측정하는 단계;
상기 디젤산화촉매 장치의 배기 가스 온도와 산화 촉매의 촉매 활성을 위한 최소 온도를 비교하고, 상기 선택적환원촉매 장치의 입구측 배기 가스 온도와 상기 선택적환원촉매 장치의 배기 가스 최소 온도를 비교하는 단계; 및
상기 디젤산화촉매 장치의 배기 가스 온도가 산화 촉매의 촉매 활성을 위한 최소 온도보다 크고, 상기 선택적환원촉매 장치의 입구측 배기 가스 온도가 상기 선택적환원촉매 장치의 배기 가스 최소 온도보다 작으면, 상기 디젤 연료의 질량과 전압을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 배기 가스 온도 제어 방법. - 제 8 항에서,
상기 디젤산화촉매 장치의 산화 촉매의 촉매 활성을 위한 최소 온도는 150도인 배기 가스 온도 제어 방법.
