Claims (12)
- A) 적어도, 전적으로 디올-기재의 NCO-종결 폴리우레탄 예비중합체를 함유하며 그의 NCO 기가 1차 방식으로 결합된 폴리이소시아네이트 성분,
B) 이소시아네이트-반응성 중합체,
C) 화학 복사선의 작용 하에 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물과 중합에 의하여 반응하는 기(복사선-경화 기)를 가지며, 그 자체에는 NCO 기가 없는 화합물,
D) 유리-라디칼 안정화제, 및
E) 광개시제,
를 포함하며, A)에서 사용되는 이소시아네이트-관능성 예비중합체가, 수평균 몰질량이 1000 내지 8200 g/mol인 이관능성 폴리에테르 폴리올 및 HDI 또는 TMDI로부터 형성된 알로파네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, B)에서 사용되는 이소시아네이트-반응성 중합체가, 분자당 평균 1.5개 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 갖는 다관능성, 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, A)에서 이소시아네이트-관능성 예비중합체로서 사용되는 화합물의 유리 단량체 이소시아네이트 잔류 함량이 0.5 중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌 옥시드 및/또는 프로필렌 옥시드를 기재로 하고, OH 관능가가 1.5 내지 6이고, 수평균 몰질량이 200 내지 18,000 g/mol인 단일중합체 또는 랜덤 또는 블록 공중합체가 성분 B)에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 C)에서 사용되는 화합물의 굴절률 nD 20이 1.55를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2-히드록시에틸 아크릴레이트, 히드록시프로필 아크릴레이트, 4-히드록시부틸 아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 옥시드 모노(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리프로필렌 옥시드 모노(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리알킬렌 옥시드 모노(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리(ε-카프로락톤) 모노(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물과 방향족 이소시아네이트를 기재로 하는 우레탄 아크릴레이트 또는 우레탄 메타크릴레이트가 성분 C)에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 폴리우레탄 조성물을 기판 또는 금형에 적용하고 경화시키는, 시각 홀로그램 기록용 매체의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 시각 홀로그램 기록용 매체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 이미지화 또는 이미지 투사를 위한 또는, 이미지 또는 광학 소자로서의 매체.
- 제8항에 따른 매체를 사용하는, 홀로그램 기록 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, F) 촉매, G) 보조제 및 첨가제, 또는 F) 촉매 및 G) 보조제 및 첨가제 둘다를 추가로 포함하는 것인 폴리우레탄 조성물.
