Abstract

[비교예 3]
중합체의 조성 및 비금속 연쇄 이동제의 첨가량을 표 2에 나타내는 것으로 변경한 것 이외는 실시예 1과 마찬가지의 조작으로, 중합체 및 성형체를 제조했다. 얻어진 중합체 및 성형체의 평가 결과를 표 2에 나타낸다.
Claims (15)
- 하기 식 (1)로 표시되는 거대 단량체 (a)와, 비닐 단량체 (b)를 함유하는 단량체 혼합물 (I-1)과, 상기 단량체 혼합물 (I-1) 100질량부에 대하여 0.07 내지 5질량부의 비금속 연쇄 이동제를 포함하는 원료 조성물 (I)을 중합하는 공정을 포함하는, 중합체의 제조 방법.
(식 (1)에 있어서, R 및 R1 내지 Rn은 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자, 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 아릴기 또는 복소환기를 나타내고, X1 내지 Xn은 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, Z는 말단기를 나타내고, n은 2 내지 10,000의 정수를 나타냄) - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료 조성물 (I)의 중합이 현탁 중합으로 행하여지는, 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 거대 단량체 (a)가, (메트)아크릴산에스테르를 포함하는 단량체 조성물 (II-1)과 코발트 연쇄 이동제를 포함하는 원료 조성물 (II)를 중합하여 얻어진 것인, 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 조성물 (II-1)이 상기 단량체 조성물 (II-1)의 총 질량에 대하여, 85 내지 99질량%의 메타크릴산에스테르와, 1 내지 15질량%의 아크릴산에스테르를 포함하는, 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 단량체 (b)가 (메트)아크릴산에스테르를 포함하는, 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 중합체의 제조 방법에 의해 제조되는 중합체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 분자량 분포(질량 평균 분자량/수 평균 분자량)가 23 이하인 중합체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 질량 평균 분자량이 100,000 이상인 중합체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 5% 질량 감소 온도가 280℃ 이상인 중합체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 멜트 인덱스 유지율이 95 내지 110%인 중합체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 탄성률이 1,000MPa 이하인 중합체.
- 제9항에 기재된 중합체를 포함하는 성형 재료를 성형하여 얻어지는 성형체.
