Claims (30)
- 폴리올레핀을, 폴리올레핀에 자유 라디칼 부위를 발생시킬 수 있는 유기 퍼옥사이드 화합물의 존재하에 올레핀 -C=C- 결합 또는 아세틸렌 -C≡C- 결합 및 반응성 작용기 X를 함유하는 불포화 모노머(A)와, 그리고 불포화 모노머(A)의 작용기 X와 반응성인 작용기 Y를 지닌 유기규소 화합물(B)와 반응시킴을 포함하는, 폴리올레핀 상에 실란 또는 실리콘 작용기를 그라프팅시키는 방법으로서,
상기 불포화 모노머(A)가 4-비닐아닐린, 2-메톡시-4-비닐페놀, 소르브알데하이드(sorbaldehyde), 또는 글리시딜 소르베이트이고,
상기 불포화 모노머(A)가 4-비닐아닐린인 경우 유기규소 화합물(B)의 작용기 Y는 에폭사이드 또는 이소시아네이트 기이고,
상기 불포화 모노머(A)가 2-메톡시-4-비닐페놀인 경우 유기규소 화합물(B)의 작용기 Y는 이소시아네이트 기이고,
상기 불포화 모노머(A)가 소르브알데하이드 또는 글리시딜 소르베이트인 경우 유기규소 화합물(B)의 작용기 Y는 아미노알킬 기임을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀을, 폴리올레핀에 자유 라디칼 부위를 발생시킬 수 있는 유기 퍼옥사이드 화합물의 존재하에 불포화 모노머(A) 및 유기규소 화합물(B)와 동시에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 올레핀 -C=C- 결합 또는 아세틸렌 -C≡C- 결합 및 반응성 작용기 X를 함유하는 불포화 모노머(A) 및 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 조성물로서, 상기 불포화 모노머(A)가 4-비닐아닐린, 2-메톡시-4-비닐페놀, 소르브알데하이드(sorbaldehyde), 또는 글리시딜 소르베이트이고, 상기 조성물이 불포화 모노머(A)의 작용기 X와 반응성인 작용기 Y를 지닌 유기규소 화합물(B)을 함유하며,
상기 불포화 모노머(A)가 4-비닐아닐린인 경우 유기규소 화합물(B)의 작용기 Y는 에폭사이드 또는 이소시아네이트 기이고,
상기 불포화 모노머(A)가 2-메톡시-4-비닐페놀인 경우 유기규소 화합물(B)의 작용기 Y는 이소시아네이트 기이고,
상기 불포화 모노머(A)가 소르브알데하이드 또는 글리시딜 소르베이트인 경우 유기규소 화합물(B)의 작용기 Y는 아미노알킬 기임을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제 3항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 50 중량% 이상의, 3개 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 지닌 알파-올레핀 단위를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

- 제 3항에 있어서, 불포화 모노머(A)가 폴리올레핀을 기준으로 하여 0.5 내지 20.0 중량%로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 유기규소 화합물(B)이 작용기 Y 및 가수분해 가능한 기를 함유한 실란임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 가수분해 가능한 기가 화학식 -SiRaR'(3-a) (여기서, 각 R은 1개 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 지닌 알콕시 기이며, R'는 1개 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 지닌 하이드로카르빌 기이며, a는 1 내지 3을 포함하는 범위의 수치를 가짐)임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 불포화 실란이 부분적으로 가수분해되고 올리고머로 축합됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 유기규소 화합물(B)이 화학식 Y-Z-SiO3/2 (여기서, Z는 C-Si 결합을 통해 분지된 실리콘 수지에 결합된 2가 유기 연결임)의 T 단위를 함유하는 분지된 실리콘 수지임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 분지된 실리콘 수지가 가수분해 가능한 Si-OR 기 (여기서, R은 1개 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 지닌 알킬 기임)를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 유기규소 화합물(B)이 화학식 Y-Z'- (여기서, Z'는 오가노폴리실록산 유체에 결합된 2가 유기 연결임)의 하나 이상의 기를 함유한 선형의 오가노폴리실록산 유체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 오가노폴리실록산 유체가 화학식 Y-Z'- (여기서, Z'는 오가노폴리실록산 유체에 결합된 2가 유기 연결임)의 하나 이상의 말단 기를 지닌 폴리디메틸실록산임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 2가 유기 연결 Z'가 C-Si 결합을 통해 오가노폴리실록산 유체에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀에 자유 라디칼 부위를 발생시킬 수 있는 유기 퍼옥사이드 화합물이 불포화 모노머(A)와의 반응 동안에 폴리올레핀의 0.01 내지 2 중량%로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀을 폴리올레핀에 자유 라디칼 부위를 발생시킬 수 있는 유기 퍼옥사이드 화합물의 존재하에 불포화 모노머(A)와 반응시키며, 반응 생성물을 유기규소 화합물(B)와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 불포화 모노머(A)를 유기규소 화합물(B)와 반응시키며, 반응 생성물을 폴리올레핀에 자유 라디칼 부위를 발생시킬 수 있는 유기 퍼옥사이드 화합물의 존재하에 폴리올레핀과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
