Description
도 2는 일반적인 랙구동형 동력 보조 조향장치 중 일부를 개략적으로 나타낸 단면도,
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 랙구동형 동력 보조 조향장치 중 일부를 나타내는 분해사시도,
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 랙구동형 동력 보조 조향장치 중 일부를 나타낸 분해사시도,
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 랙구동형 동력 보조 조향장치 중 일부를 나타낸 단면도,
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 랙구동형 동력 보조 조향장치 중 일부를 나타낸 단면도이다.
이때, 회전지지부재(320)는 너트풀리(303)의 양측 단부를 지지하는 제1회전지지부재(320)와 제2회전지지부재(320)를 포함하며, 제1회전지지부재(320)가 볼너트(310)의 외주면 일측과 랙하우징(305) 사이에 결합되어 너트풀리(303)의 일측 단부를 지지하며, 제2회전지지부재(320)가 볼너트(310)의 외주면 타측과 랙하우징(305) 사이에 결합되어 너트풀리(303)의 타측 단부를 지지한다.
다시 말해서, 제1회전지지부재(320)는 경사면의 롤러(325)가 결합되는 지점에서의 법선(N1)과 제2회전지지부재(320)는 경사면의 롤러(325)가 결합되는 지점에서의 법선(N2)이 볼너트(310)의 내측 중앙부(P)를 지나도록 배치되어 벨트(304)의 장력변화로 인해 볼너트(310)에 발생되는 피봇 하중을 지지할 수 있게 되어 있다.

Claims (7)
- 내주면에 형성된 스크류홈에 결합되는 볼을 매개로 랙바의 외주측에 결합되는 볼너트;
상기 볼너트의 축방향 중앙부위 외주면에 결합되는 너트풀리;
상기 너트풀리의 단부를 지지하며 상기 볼너트의 외주면과 랙하우징 사이에 결합되는 회전지지부재;
상기 회전지지부재는 상기 볼너트의 외주면에 지지되며 결합되는 내측지지부재, 상기 랙하우징의 내주면 단턱부에 지지되며 결합되는 외측지지부재, 내측지지부재와 외측지지부재의 사이에 결합되는 롤러;를 포함하며,
상기 내측지지부재와 외측지지부재의 대향되는 면이 경사면으로 형성되어 상기 경사면에 상기 롤러가 결합되고,
상기 내측지지부재와 외측지지부재의 경사면에 대한 법선이 상기 볼너트의 내측 중앙부를 지나도록 배치되어 벨트의 장력변화로 인해 상기 볼너트에 발생되는 피봇 하중을 지지하며,
상기 볼너트의 양측에 각각 결합되는 상기 회전지지부재의 내측지지부재가 상기 너트풀리의 양측 단부를 각각 지지하고, 상기 회전지지부재의 외측지지부재가 상기 랙하우징의 양측에 각각 지지되어 상기 너트풀리가 상기 내측지지부재의 사이에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 랙구동형 동력 보조 조향장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 볼너트는 축방향 중앙부위에 경방향 외측으로 돌출된 대경부가 형성되고 상기 대경부의 외주면에 상기 너트풀리가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 랙구동형 동력 보조 조향장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 회전지지부재는 상기 볼너트의 양측 단부와 상기 대경부의 양측에 구비되는 단턱부에 안착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 랙구동형 동력 보조 조향장치. - 삭제

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 외측지지부재와 랙하우징의 사이에는 축방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성지지부재가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 랙구동형 동력 보조 조향장치. - 내주면에 형성된 스크류홈에 결합되는 볼을 매개로 랙바의 외주측에 결합되는 볼너트;
상기 볼너트의 축방향 중앙부위 외주면에 결합되는 너트풀리;
상기 너트풀리의 양측 단부를 각각 지지하며 상기 볼너트의 외주면과 랙하우징 사이에 결합되는 제1회전지지부재와 제2회전지지부재;를 포함하고,
상기 제1회전지지부재와 제2회전지지부재는 상기 볼너트의 외주면에 지지되며 결합되는 내측지지부재, 상기 랙하우징의 내주면 단턱부에 지지되며 결합되는 외측지지부재, 내측지지부재와 외측지지부재의 사이에 결합되는 롤러;를 포함하며,
상기 내측지지부재와 외측지지부재의 대향되는 면이 경사면으로 형성되어 상기 경사면에 상기 롤러가 결합되고, 상기 제1회전지지부재와 제2회전지지부재의 상기 경사면에 대한 법선이 상기 볼너트의 내측 중앙부를 지나도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 랙구동형 동력 보조 조향장치.
