Claims (15)
- 광중합성 화합물 100중량부에 대하여, 중공 실리카 입자 10 내지 360 중량부와 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 불소계 화합물 1 내지 60중량부와 광중합 개시제 1 내지 100중량부를 포함하는 코팅 조성물의 광경화물을 함유하는 코팅층을 포함한 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 불소계 화합물은 1 중량% 내지 20중량%의 불소 함량을 갖는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 화합물에 포함되는 광반응성 작용기는 (메트)아크릴레이트기, 에폭시기, 비닐기(Vinyl) 또는 싸이올기(Thiol)를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 불소계 화합물은 0.1 중량% 내지 10중량%의 규소를 더 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 불소계 화합물은 i) 하나 이상의 광반응성 작용기가 치환되고, 적어도 하나의 탄소에 1이상의 불소가 치환된 지방족 화합물 또는 지방족 고리 화합물; ii) 1 이상의 광반응성 작용기로 치환되고, 적어도 하나의 수소가 불소로 치환되고, 하나 이상의 탄소가 규소로 치환된 헤테로(hetero) 지방족 화합물 또는 헤테로(hetero)지방족 고리 화합물; iii) 하나 이상의 광반응성 작용기가 치환되고, 적어도 하나의 실리콘에 1이상의 불소가 치환된 폴리디알킬실록산계 고분자(예를 들어, 폴리디메틸실록산계 고분자); 및 iv) 1 이상의 광반응성 작용기로 치환되고 적어도 하나의 수소가 불소로 치환된 폴리에테르 화합물;로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는,
반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 불소계 화합물은 2,000 내지 20,000의 중량평균분자량을 갖는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광중합성 화합물은 (메트)아크릴레이트 또는 비닐기를 포함하는 단량체 또는 올리고머를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중공 실리카 입자는 10 내지 100 nm 의 수평균 입경을 갖는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광중합 개시제는 벤조 페논계 화합물, 아세토페논계 화합물, 비이미다졸계 화합물, 트리아진계 화합물 및 옥심계 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅층은 상기 광중합성 화합물과 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 불소계 화합물 간의 가교 중합체를 포함하는 바인더 수지; 및 상기 바인더 수지에 분산된 중공 실리카 입자를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅층은 2%이하의 평균반사율을 갖는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅층은 1㎚ 내지 300 ㎚의 두께를 갖는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅층의 일면 상에 결합된 하드 코팅층을 더 포함하는, 반사 반지 필름.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 하드 코팅층의 다른 일면에 결합된 기재를 더 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
