Description
本出願は、2016年1月7日付の韓国特許出願第10−2016−0002242号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
実施例および比較例で製造した反射防止フィルムの平均反射率を、SolidSpec3700(SHIMADZU)を用いて測定した。
実施例および比較例で得られた反射防止フィルムの表面を#0000等級のスチールウールに荷重をかけて、24rpmの速度で10回往復しながら擦った。前記スチールウールにかかる荷重を増加させながらLED50Wの天井照明の下で肉眼観察した時、スクラッチの発生しない最大荷重を測定した。前記荷重は、横2cm、縦2cmの面積(2×2cm2)あたりの重量(g)で定義される。
実施例および比較例により製造した反射防止フィルムを用いて、基材フィルムのハードコート層が形成されていない面にブラックPETフィルムを貼り付け、肉眼で干渉縞が観察されるか否かを評価した。評価結果、反射防止フィルムにおいて干渉縞が観察されない場合には、下記表4に「良好」と記し、干渉縞が明確に観察される場合には「ひどい」と記した。
実施例および比較例により製造した反射防止フィルムの透湿度(water vapor transmission rate、WVTS)を、Labthink社のwater vapor permeability testerのTSY−T3を用いて40℃の温度下で測定した。この時、前記反射防止フィルムの基材フィルム面は100%の相対湿度下に置かれ、低屈折層面は10%の相対湿度下に置かれるように、反射防止フィルムをローディングした。透湿度(WVTS)は厚さが増加するほど減少するので、厚さ100μmあたりの透湿度を透水性(permeability)と定義し、透水性(permeability)を「厚さ(単位:μm)×透湿度/100」の式で求めて、表4に示した。ここで、反射防止フィルムの厚さは、基材フィルムの厚さを測定する方法と同様の方法で測定した。
Claims (13)
- 3,000〜30,000nmの面内位相差値(Rin)を有し、厚さ方向の位相差値(Rth)に対する面内位相差値(Rin)の比(Rin/Rth)が0.2〜1.2であるポリエステルフィルム;
前記ポリエステルフィルム上に位置し、光重合性化合物、無機粒子、および反応性官能基が1以上置換されたポリシルセスキオキサンを含む光硬化性コーティング組成物の架橋重合物である低屈折層;および
前記ポリエステルフィルムと低屈折層との間に介在するハードコート層を含み、
前記ハードコート層は、光硬化性樹脂および重量平均分子量が10,000g/mol以上の(共)重合体を含むバインダー樹脂、および前記バインダー樹脂に分散した有機微粒子および無機微粒子を含む
反射防止フィルム。 - 前記ポリエステルフィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、あるいはポリエチレンナフタレートの一軸延伸フィルム、あるいは二軸延伸フィルムである、
請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。 - 前記光硬化性コーティング組成物は、光重合性化合物として、(メタ)アクリロイル基またはビニル基を含む単量体またはオリゴマーを含む、
請求項1または2に記載の反射防止フィルム。 - 前記光硬化性コーティング組成物は、前記光重合性化合物100重量部対比、反応性官能基が1以上置換されたポリシルセスキオキサンを0.5〜30重量部で含む、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。 - 前記ポリシルセスキオキサンに置換された反応性官能基は、アルコール、アミン、カルボン酸、エポキシド、イミド、(メタ)アクリレート、ニトリル、ノルボルネン、オレフィン、ポリエチレングリコール、チオール、およびビニル基からなる群より選択された1種以上の官能基を含む、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。 - 前記反応性官能基が1以上置換されたポリシルセスキオキサンは、1個以上の反応性官能基で置換されており、ケージ構造を有する多面体オリゴマーシルセスキオキサンを含む、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。 - 前記光硬化性コーティング組成物は、光反応性官能基を含むフッ素系化合物を追加的に含む、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。 - 前記フッ素系化合物に含まれる光反応性官能基は、(メタ)アクリロイル基、エポキシ基、ビニル(vinyl)基、およびメルカプト(merapto)基からなる群より選択された1以上の官能基である、
請求項7に記載の反射防止フィルム。 - 前記光反応性官能基を含むフッ素系化合物は、2,000〜200,000g/molの重量平均分子量を有する、
請求項7または8に記載の反射防止フィルム。 - 前記光硬化性コーティング組成物は、前記光重合性化合物100重量部対比、前記光反応性官能基を含むフッ素系化合物を1〜75重量部で含む、
請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。 - 前記無機粒子は、10〜100nmの数平均粒径を有する中空シリカ粒子を含む、
