Abstract

Claims (13)
- 당화 효소로서 사상균 유래 셀룰라아제를 사용해서 셀룰로오스를 가수분해하는 것에 의한 당액의 제조방법으로서,
상기 셀룰로오스에 상기 당화 효소를 첨가하여 1차 가수분해한 후 그 1차 가수분해물을 1차 당액과 고형물로 고액 분리하는 공정,
상기 고형물에 물을 첨가하여 2차 가수분해한 후 그 2차 가수분해물을 2차 당액과 잔사로 고액 분리하는 공정(단, 2차 가수분해에 있어서 새로운 셀룰로오스를 첨가하지 않는다), 및
상기 1차 당액 및/또는 상기 2차 당액을 한외여과막에 통과시켜서 여과하여 비투과측으로부터 당화 효소를 회수하고, 투과측으로부터 당액을 회수하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당액의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 사상균 유래 셀룰라아제는 트리코데르마 유래 셀룰라아제인 것을 특징으로 하는 당액의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스는 바이오매스를 암모니아 처리, 수열 처리 또는 희황산 처리한 처리물 유래인 것을 특징으로 하는 당액의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 2차 가수분해는 무기염(칼슘염을 제외함), 친수성 유기용매, 아미노산, 비이온성 계면활성제 및 그것들을 함유하는 당액으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 존재 하에서의 가수분해인 것을 특징으로 하는 당액의 제조방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 무기염(칼슘염을 제외함)은 나트륨염, 칼륨염, 마그네슘염, 황산염, 암모늄염, 염산염, 인산염, 아세트산염, 및 질산염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 당액의 제조방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 무기염(칼슘염을 제외함)은 염화나트륨, 아세트산나트륨, 황산나트륨, 황산수소나트륨, 인산2수소나트륨, 인산수소나트륨, 염화칼륨, 염화암모늄, 인산수소2칼륨, 황산암모늄, 염화마그네슘, 황산마그네슘으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 당액의 제조방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 유기용매는 메탄올, 에탄올, 1-프로판올, 이소프로판올, N,N-디메틸포름아미드, 부탄올, 아세톤, 아세토니트릴, 에틸렌글리콜 및 글리세린으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 당액의 제조방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 아미노산은 아르기닌, 시스테인, 글루탐산, 히스티딘 및 리신으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 당액의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 1차 가수분해물 또는 상기 2차 가수분해물의 고액 분리는 프레스 여과인 것을 특징으로 하는 당액의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
당액을 역침투막 및/또는 나노여과막에 통과시켜서 여과하여 당액을 농축하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당액의 제조방법. - 삭제
