Claims (17)
- 케이싱의 내측 상부에 위치된 스팀 리포머 유닛;
상기 스팀 리포머 유닛의 하측에 배치된 열 교환기 유닛;
상기 열 교환기 유닛의 하측에 위치된 고온전환 반응 유닛;
상기 고온전환 반응 유닛의 외측을 감싸며 위치된 저온전환 반응 유닛; 및
상기 고온전환 반응 유닛의 하측에 위치되고, 개질 가스와 연소 가스의 배출 및 열 교환 유체의 공급을 위해 형성된 유로부를 통해 공급된 개질 가스와 열 교환 유체가 서로 간에 열 교환이 이루어지는 열 교환 챔버를 포함하는 연료처리장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 스팀 리포머 유닛은,
상기 케이싱의 상단 중앙에서 삽입되어 길이 방향으로 연장된 버너 하우징;
상기 버너 하우징의 내측 상부에 설치되어 상기 케이싱의 상부에서 하부로 화염이 발생되는 버너 유닛;
상기 버너 하우징을 동심원으로 하고 내부에 반응촉매가 형성된 개질 반응부를 포함하는 연료처리장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 버너 하우징은,
상기 개질 반응부의 하단 보다 상대적으로 짧은 길이로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료처리장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 개질 반응부는,
상기 케이싱의 반경 방향으로 갈수록 두께가 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료처리장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 개질 반응부는,
상기 케이싱의 길이 방향상에 단위 개질 반응부 사이마다 형성되고 스팀이 이동되는 통로가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료처리장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 스팀 리포머 유닛의 하측과 마주보며 배치되고 상기 버너 유닛에서 발생된 고온의 화염이 유입되는 개구부가 형성되어 상기 버너 유닛에 의해 가열된 증기가 상기 개구부를 통해 유입된 후에 상기 개질 반응부를 향해 곧바로 이동되지 않고 소정 시간 머무르도록 형성된 증기 가열 챔버를 더 포함하는 연료처리장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 증기 가열 챔버는,
상기 개질 반응부를 향해 원주 방향을 따라 연장된 연장관을 더 포함하는 연료처리장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 스팀 리포머 유닛에는,
상기 개질 반응부로 공급된 증기와 열 교환으로 생성된 응축수가 저장되는 응축수 저장 챔버를 더 포함하는 연료처리장치. - 삭제
- 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 열 교환기 유닛은,
상기 버너 유닛으로 고온의 가열 공기를 공급하기 위해 상기 열 교환기 유닛의 외측에서 내측으로 연장되어 외기가 공급되는 공기 유입구;
상기 공기 유입구를 통해 유입된 외기가 스팀과 열 교환된 이후에 상기 버너 유닛으로 공급되도록 공기 유입구의 상측으로 이격되어 상기 열 교환기 유닛의 내측에서 외측으로 연장된 공기 배출구를 포함하는 연료처리장치. - 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 열 교환기 유닛은,
쉘 앤 튜브 타입이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료처리장치. - 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 열 교환기 유닛으로 이동된 개질 가스는 상기 공기 유입구를 통해 공급된 외기와 열 교환을 통해 소정의 온도로 하강되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료처리장치. - 제1 항에 따른 연료 처리 장치가 장착된 연료 전지 시스템.
- 제1 항에 따른 연료 처리 장치를 포함하는 수소 충전 시스템.
- 제1 항에 따른 연료 처리 장치를 포함하는 연료 전지 시스템용 수소 제조 장치.
- 케이싱의 내측 상부에 위치된 스팀 리포머 유닛;
상기 스팀 리포머 유닛의 하측에 배치된 열 교환기 유닛;
상기 열 교환기 유닛의 하측에 위치된 고온전환 반응 유닛;
상기 고온전환 반응 유닛의 외측을 감싸며 위치된 저온전환 반응 유닛;
상기 고온전환 반응 유닛과 상기 저온전환 반응 유닛 사이에 위치되고 상기 고온전환 반응 유닛의 과열을 방지하기 위해 내부에 열 교환을 위한 유체가 공급되는 열 교환 코일 유닛; 및
상기 고온전환 반응 유닛의 하측에 위치되고, 개질 가스와 연소 가스의 배출 및 열 교환 유체의 공급을 위해 형성된 유로부를 통해 공급된 개질 가스와 열 교환 유체가 서로 간에 열 교환이 이루어지는 열 교환 챔버를 포함하는 연료처리장치. - 케이싱의 내측 상부에 위치된 스팀 리포머 유닛;
상기 스팀 리포머 유닛의 하측에 배치된 열 교환기 유닛;
상기 열 교환기 유닛의 하측에 위치된 고온전환 반응 유닛;
상기 고온전환 반응 유닛의 외측을 감싸며 위치된 저온전환 반응 유닛; 및
상기 고온전환 반응 유닛의 하측에 위치되고, 개질 가스와 연소 가스의 배출 및 열 교환 유체의 공급을 위해 형성된 유로부를 통해 공급된 개질 가스와 열 교환 유체가 서로 간에 열 교환이 이루어지는 열 교환 챔버를 포함하되,
상기 열 교환 챔버는,
상기 개질 가스가 이동되는 개질 가스 유로부를 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료처리장치.
