Claims (14)
- ケーシングの内側上部に位置したスチームリフォーマユニットと、
前記スチームリフォーマユニットの下側に配置された熱交換器ユニットと、
前記熱交換器ユニットの下側に位置した高温転換反応ユニットと、
前記高温転換反応ユニットの外側を取り囲んで位置した低温転換反応ユニットと、
前記高温転換反応ユニットの下側に位置し、改質ガスおよび燃焼ガスの排出および熱交換流体の供給のために形成された流路部を通して供給された改質ガスと熱交換流体との間で相互熱交換が行われる熱交換チャンバと
を含む燃料処理装置。 - 前記スチームリフォーマユニットは、
前記ケーシングの上端中央から挿入され、長手方向に延びたバーナハウジングと、
前記バーナハウジングの内側上部に設けられ、前記ケーシングの上部から下部に向かって火炎を発生させるバーナユニットと、
前記バーナハウジングを同心円とし、内部に反応触媒が形成された改質反応部と
を含む請求項1に記載の燃料処理装置。 - 前記バーナハウジングの下端は、
前記改質反応部の下端よりも上方に配置される請求項2に記載の燃料処理装置。 - 前記改質反応部は、
前記ケーシングの半径方向に行くほど、厚さが減少する請求項2に記載の燃料処理装置。 - 前記改質反応部は、
前記ケーシングの長手方向上に単位改質反応部の間ごとに形成され、スチームの移動する通路が形成された請求項2に記載の燃料処理装置。 - 前記スチームリフォーマユニットの下側に対向して配置され、前記バーナユニットから発生した火炎が流入する開口部が形成され、前記バーナユニットによって加熱された蒸気が前記開口部を通して流入した後、前記改質反応部に向かって直ちに移動せずに所定時間滞留するように形成された蒸気加熱チャンバをさらに含む請求項2に記載の燃料処理装置。
- 前記蒸気加熱チャンバは、
前記改質反応部に向かって円周方向に沿って延びた延長管をさらに含む請求項6に記載の燃料処理装置。 - 前記スチームリフォーマユニットには、
前記改質反応部に供給された蒸気との熱交換により生成された凝縮水が貯蔵される凝縮水貯蔵チャンバをさらに含む請求項2から7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料処理装置。 - 前記凝縮水貯蔵チャンバは、
前記蒸気加熱チャンバの下側に位置した請求項6または7に従属する場合の請求項8に記載の燃料処理装置。 - 前記熱交換器ユニットは、
前記バーナユニットに加熱空気を供給するために、前記熱交換器ユニットの外側から内側に延びて外気が供給される空気流入口と、
前記空気流入口を通して流入した外気がスチームと熱交換された後に前記バーナユニットに供給されるように、前記空気流入口の上側に離隔して前記熱交換器ユニットの内側から外側に延びた空気排出口とを含む請求項2に記載の燃料処理装置。 - 前記熱交換器ユニットは、
シェルアンドチューブタイプが用いられる請求項10に記載の燃料処理装置。 - 前記熱交換器ユニットに移動した改質ガスは、前記空気流入口を通して供給された外気との熱交換により所定の温度以下に下げられる請求項10に記載の燃料処理装置。
- ケーシングの内側上部に位置したスチームリフォーマユニットと、
前記スチームリフォーマユニットの下側に配置された熱交換器ユニットと、
前記熱交換器ユニットの下側に位置した高温転換反応ユニットと、
前記高温転換反応ユニットの外側を取り囲んで位置した低温転換反応ユニットと、
前記高温転換反応ユニットと前記低温転換反応ユニットとの間に位置し、前記高温転換反応ユニットの過熱を防止するために、内部に熱交換のための流体が供給される熱交換コイルユニットと、
前記高温転換反応ユニットの下側に位置し、改質ガスおよび燃焼ガスの排出および熱交換流体の供給のために形成された流路部を通して供給された改質ガスと熱交換流体とで相互熱交換が行われる熱交換チャンバとを含む燃料処理装置。 - 前記熱交換チャンバは、
前記改質ガスが移動する改質ガス流路部を取り囲む請求項13に記載の燃料処理装置。
