도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 연료전지의 코일형 개질 반응시스템의 나선형 반응코일과 나선형 가스유로를 나타내는 구성도.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 연료전지의 코일형 개질 반응시스템의 내부 구조를 나타내는 종단면도.

Claims (3)
- 메탄(CH4)과 수증기를 반응시켜 수소를 생성하는 연료전지의 코일형 개질 반응시스템에 있어서,
외주면에 원형 이너단열벽(12)이 형성되는 이너단열부재(10);
상기 이너단열부재(10)를 감싸도록 설치되고, 내부에 원형 이너단열벽(12)과 이격되어 원형 단열공간(21)을 형성하도록 원형 아우터단열벽(22)이 구비되는 아우터단열부재(20);
상기 원형 단열공간(21)에 나선형으로 설치되고, 내부에 개질촉매(32)가 구비되는 나선형 반응코일(30);
상기 나선형 반응코일(30)의 피치 사이에 형성되는 나선형 이격공간이 이너단열벽(12)과 아우터단열벽(22)에 의해 내, 외측에서 마감되어 형성되는 나선형 가스유로(40); 및
상기 원형 단열공간(21) 하부에 설치되고, 나선형 가스유로(40)를 통하여 열원을 공급하도록 구비되는 원형 버너(50);를 포함하고,
상기 원형 버너(50)에서 발생되는 열원은 연소배기가스 형태로 발생되고, 열원은 나선형 가스유로(40)를 타고 하부에서 상방향으로 나선형으로 회전하면서 나선형 반응코일(30)과 열교환되도록 구비되며, 상기 나선형 반응코일(30)을 타고 메탄과 물이 상부에서 하방향으로 나선형으로 회전하면서 가열되고,
상기 나선형 반응코일(30)이 원형 단열공간(21) 내에 삽입되는 무용접 조립 구조에 의해 나선형 가스유로(40)가 형성되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 코일형 개질 반응시스템.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 나선형 반응코일(30) 상단부에 입구(30a)가 형성되고, 입구(30a)를 통하여 투입되는 메탄과 물은 나선형 반응코일(30)을 타고 상부에서 하방향으로 나선형으로 회전하면서 흡열반응에 의해 수소와 일산화탄소를 생성하여 나선형 반응코일(30) 하부에 형성되는 출구(30b)를 통하여 배출되며, 출구(30b)는 이너단열부재(10) 내부를 경유하여 상방향으로 연장되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 코일형 개질 반응시스템.
