Claims (6)
- 내부 중심에 고온의 반응열을 생성하는 연소부가 구비되는 케이스;상기 연소부의 외측벽을 형성하면서 그 외측으로 공간이 형성되게 설치되는 화염가이드;상기 화염가이드의 외측 공간상에 연소부를 중심으로 동심이 되게 배치되는 다수의 촉매튜브;상기 케이스의 내부 일측에 설치되어 외부로부터 공급받은 원료를 각 촉매튜브로 분배하는 원료공급 매니폴드;상기 각 촉매튜브의 일단과 연결되어 개질 반응된 리포메이트를 외부로 배출하기 위한 리포메이트 매니폴드; 및상기 화염가이드와 케이스 사이의 공간에 설치되어 상기 촉매튜브를 지지하는 지지부재를 포함하며,상기 지지부재는 화염가이드가 삽입되도록 설치홀이 중심에 형성된 원형의 내부링판 및 상기 케이스의 내벽면에 접합되며, 상기 내부링판의 외부에 내부링판과 동심을 이루도록 배치되는 원형의 외부링판으로 분할 구성되고, 상기 내부링판과 외부링판 사이의 경계면 상에 튜브홀이 형성되어 상기 튜브홀에 촉매튜브의 일단이 삽입되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수증기 개질방식에 의한 수소발생장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 튜브홀은 내부링판의 외주면에 반원형으로 오목하게 형성되는 외반홈 및 상기 외반홈에 대향되는 외부링판의 내주면에 대응되는 크기로 형성되는 내반홈으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수증기 개질방식에 의한 수소발생장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 내부링판과 외부링판은 연소부의 반응열에 의한 열팽창을 보상할 수 있도록 팽창보상간극이 형성되게 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수증기 개질방식에 의한 수소발생장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 내부링판은 그 중심으로 삽입 통과되는 화염가이드과 용접으로 접합되고, 상기 외부링판은 그 외주면이 케이스의 내벽면에 용접으로 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수증기 개질방식에 의한 수소발생장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 튜브홀을 형성하는 내반홈과 외반홈은 촉매튜브의 외주면과 간극이 형성되게 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수증기 개질방식에 의한 수소발생장치.
