도 2a, 2b는 필름을 가공하여 다양한 형태의 요철구조를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 3은 필름 도 1의 충진 방법으로 완성된 상변화물질이 충진된 필름의 단면도를 나타낸다.
Claims (9)
- 필름 충진 방법에 있어서,
일정한 두께의 폴리에틸렌수지 필름 또는 폴리프로필렌 필름 중 어느 하나에 나일론수지 필름이 합지된 평면 필름을 준비하는 단계;
상기 평면 필름을 가공하여 복수의 산과 골로 특징되는 요철구조를 만드는 단계;
상기 요철구조 산 내부에 코르크로 구성된 충진재를 충진하는 단계;
상기 충진재를 충진 후 골 하부에 금속판류, 금속합금판류, 석재류 또는 목재류 중 적어도 어느 하나로 구성될 수 있는 기재층을 합착하는 단계;
상기 요철구조의 골 내부에 상변화물질을 충진하는 단계;
상기 상변화물질이 충진된 요철구조의 필름을 냉각장치를 이용해 상변화물질을 고체화시키는 단계 및
상기 상변화물질이 고체화된 상태에서 산 상부에 보호층을 합착하는 단계로 구성될 수 있되,
상기 보호층은 복수의 층으로 구성되며, 상기 상변화물질이 외부 이탈 방지 기능의 보호필름층 및 열전도가 뛰어난 알루미늄 합금 또는 구리합금 중 어느 하나의 금속물질로 구성되는 전도층이 적층되고
상기 보호필름층은 폴리에틸렌수지 필름 또는 폴리프로필렌 필름 중 어느 하나에 나일론수지 필름이 합지된 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화물질의 필름 충진 방법.

상기 상변화물질이 충진된 필름은 건축용 자재, 냉장고용 판넬, 냉동탑차 단열충진재, 난방용 판넬, 항온 용기, 쿨링 제품(Cooling goods) 및 기능성 섬유제품에 사용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화물질이 충진된 필름.
