Claims (12)
- 코팅된 금속성 파이프를 사용하여 수중 매설되는 파이프라인을 제조하는 방법으로서, 매설 공정 동안, 그리고 선택된 매설 공정에 의해, 상기 코팅이 전단 압력 부하(shearing pressure load) 및/또는 굴곡 하중(flexural load)을 받으며, 단, 상기 금속성 파이프가 폴리아미드 성형 조성물로 제조된, 1.0mm 이상의 두께를 갖는, 압출된 코팅 층을 가지며,
상기 파이프라인이 수송을 위해 귄취되고, 상기 매설 공정 전에 또는 매설 공정 동안에는 권취되지 않거나,
상기 파이프라인이 J-매설 방법 또는 S-매설 방법에 의해 매설되는 것을 특징으로 하고,
ASTM D 4440-3에 따른 상기 압출된 폴리아미드 성형 조성물의 점도가 0.1sec-1의 전단 속도 하에 240℃에서 2000Paㆍs 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드 성형 조성물로 제조된 상기 압출된 코팅 층과 상기 금속성 파이프와의 사이에,
- 세라믹 층,
- 프라이머 층,
- 관능 그룹들을 갖는 폴리올레핀으로 제조된 층,
- 상이한 구성을 갖는 접착 촉진제 층, 및
- 직조 형태 또는 매트 형태의 직물 보강제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 추가의 층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속성 파이프의 외경이 25 내지 1000mm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 압출된 성형 조성물의 상기 폴리아미드의 상대 용액 점도 ηrel이 ISO 307에 따라 1.8 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드 성형 조성물로 제조된 상기 압출된 코팅 층이
a) 폴리아미드 성형 조성물의 제공 단계,
b) 상기 폴리아미드 성형 조성물과 분자량을 증가시키는 첨가제와의 예비혼합물의 제조 단계, 및
d) 이어서, 압출 공정에 상기 예비혼합물을 사용하는 공정 단계
를 포함하는 단계에 의해 도포되며, 분자량을 증가시키는 축합 공정이 상기 d) 단계가 시작될 때까지 지연되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분자량을 증가시키는 첨가제가 2개 이상의 카보네이트 단위를 갖는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
