Claims (10)
- 화학식 LixM1M22O(7±δ)
(여기서, M1은 Ti, Zr, Si 및 Sn으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1개의 원소이며, M2는 Nb, V, Ta, Bi 및 Mo으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1개의 원소이며, 0≤x≤5, 0≤δ≤0.3)
로 표현되고, 공간군 C2/m(International tables Vol.A No.12)에 속하는 대칭성을 갖고, 결정 중의 2a 사이트 및 4i 사이트의 각 점유 사이트에 상기 M2 및 M1 중 한쪽의 원소가 편재되어 있는 단사정형 복합 산화물을 포함하고,
상기 단사정형 복합 산화물의 상기 결정에서의 상기 2a 사이트에 있어서, M1의 점유율 gM1이 0.231 이하이고, M2의 점유율 gM2가 0.769 이상이며, gM1+gM2가 1.0이고, 상기 점유율 gM1 및 gM2는 리트벨트법에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 활물질. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단사정형 복합 산화물은, Cu-Kα선원을 사용한 분말 X선 회절의 회절도에 있어서, 2θ=26°±0.5°에 가장 강도가 높은 피크가 나타나는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 활물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단사정형 복합 산화물이 TiNb2O7 ±δ인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 활물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 전지용 활물질을 포함하는 부극과,
정극과,
비수전해질
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지. - 제4항에 기재된 비수전해질 전지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.
