Abstract
Ni기 합금을 외피로 하는 Ni기 합금 플럭스 코어드 와이어에 있어서, 상기 외피는, 외피 전체 질량당, Ni, Cr, Mo, Ti, Al, Mg를 소정의 범위로 함유하고, 또한 C, Si를 소정으로 억제하며, 상기 외피 성분과 상기 외피에 내포되는 플럭스 성분을 합친 와이어 전체의 조성이, 와이어 전체 질량당, Ni, Cr, Mo, Mn, W, Fe, Ti, Al, Mg를 소정의 범위로 함유하고, 또한 C, Si, Nb, P, S를 소정으로 억제한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Mo: 8∼22질량%,
Ti: 0.002∼0.40질량%,
Al: 0.03∼0.40질량%,
Mg: 0.004∼0.025질량%
의 범위로 함유하고, 또한
C: 0.020질량% 이하,
Si: 0.15질량% 이하
Mn: 0 초과 4.0 질량% 이하,
Fe: 0 초과 7.0 질량% 이하
W: 0 초과 4.0 질량% 이하
로 억제하며,
잔부가 불가피적 불순물이고,
상기 외피에 포함되는 C, Ti, Al, Mg의 질량%를 [C], [Ti], [Al], [Mg]로 했을 때,
[C]/([Ti]+[Al]+[Mg]×3)에 의해 산출되는 비율이 0.11 이하이고,
상기 외피 성분과 상기 외피에 내포되는 플럭스 성분을 합친 와이어 전체의 조성이, 와이어 전체 질량당,
Ni: 53∼75질량%,
Cr: 1∼15질량%,
Mo: 10∼20질량%,
Mn: 1.5∼5.5질량%,
W: 1.5∼5.0질량%,
Fe: 2.0∼8.0질량%,
Ti: 0.002∼0.50질량%,
Al: 0.02∼0.50질량%,
Mg: 0.003∼0.03질량%
의 범위로 함유하고, 또한
C: 0.050질량% 이하,
Si: 0.20질량% 이하,
Nb: 0.030질량% 이하,
P: 0.015질량% 이하,
S: 0.010질량% 이하
로 억제한 것을 특징으로 하는 Ni기 합금 플럭스 코어드 와이어. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
와이어 전체 질량당, 상기 외피에 내포되는 플럭스 중에,
TiO2, SiO2, ZrO2로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 2종류 이상의 총합: 3∼15질량%,
Na, K, Li의 화합물의 총합(Na, K, Li 단체 환산의 총합): 0.1∼1.0질량%,
및 불가피적 불순물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Ni기 합금 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
