도 3은, 측정 포트 (6)용, PVC로 만들어진, 뚜껑 (lid) (8)을 나타낸다.

Claims (18)
- 하기 특성 중 적어도 하나를 갖는 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질:
i) 2 내지 12의 정수의 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 수 i에 대해 ≥1.6인 최대 APCi×10 sec 값 (= APCmax 값);
ii) 2 내지 12의 정수의 군으로부터의 모든 수 i에 대한 모든 APCi×10 sec 값의 총 합에 대해 ≥12인 값 (= APCsum);
여기서 상기 APCi×10 sec 값은 다음과 같이 정의되고:
APCi×10 sec = QIi×10 sec 값2×PIi×10 sec 값
여기서
- 상기 QIi×10 sec 값은 측정 포트 (measuring pot)에 살포된 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질에 0.9중량% NaCl 용액을 첨가하고 통과시키면 겔층이 형성되고, 상기 NaCl 용액을 첨가한 i×10 초 후 결정된 팽창 지수의 값이며, 여기서 팽창 지수 QIt는 QIt = DVt[㎤]/(E[g]*10)로 정의되고, 여기서 DVt는 시간 t에서 10초 전보다 증가된 겔 부피이고, E는 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질의 출발 중량이며, 그리고
- 상기 PIi×10 sec 값은 측정 포트에 살포된 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질에 0.9중량% NaCl 용액을 첨가하고 통과시키면 겔층이 형성되고, 상기 NaCl 용액을 첨가한 i×10 초 후 결정된 투수 지수의 값이며, 여기서, 투수 지수 PIt는 하기 식으로 정의되고,

여기서, DFl.th.t는 시간 t에서 10초에 걸쳐 겔층을 통과하는 유속의 평균이고, ht는 시간 t에서 겔층의 높이이며, h(Vut)는 시간 t 에서 측정 포트 내의 액체의 높이이고,
상기 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질은 하기 단계:
i) 미세다공성 구조를 갖는 하이드로겔을 얻기 위하여, 중합가능한, 모노에틸렌화 불포화 산-관능성 단량체 (α1) 또는 이의 염, 발포제 (blowing agent) 또는 팽창제 (expanding agent) (α3) 및 또한 적어도 하나의 가교제 (α4)를 함유하는 수성 단량체 용액을 자유-라디칼적으로 중합시키는 단계;
ii) 미세다공성 구조를 갖는 상기 하이드로겔을 분쇄시키는 단계 (comminuting);
iii) 미세다공성 구조를 갖는 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질을 얻기 위하여 미세다공성 구조를 갖는 분쇄된 하이드로겔을 건조시키는 단계;
iv) 미세다공성 구조를 갖는 최종 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질을 잘게 빻고 분리시키는 단계;
v) 상기 중합체 물질의 표면에 산 기와 반응할 수 있는 둘 이상의 관능기를 갖는 가교제와 미세다공성 구조를 갖는 최종 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질을 표면-후가교결합하는 단계, 여기서 상기 중합체 물질의 표면은 상기 후가교결합 전, 동안 또는 후에 알루미늄 염과 접촉을 일으킴;을 포함하는 공정에 의해 얻어질 수 있는 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질은 하기 특성을 갖는 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질:
i) 2 내지 12의 정수의 군으로부터 적어도 하나의 수 i에 대한 ≥1.6인 최대 APCi×10 sec 값. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질은 하기 특성을 갖는 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질:
i) 2 내지 12의 정수의 군으로부터의 적어도 하나의 수 i에 대해 ≥2.0인 최대 APCi ×10 sec 값. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질은 하기 특성을 갖는 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질:
i) 2 내지 12의 정수의 군으로부터 적어도 하나의 수 i에 대해 ≥2.4인 최대 APCi×10 sec 값. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질은 하기 특성을 갖는 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질:
ii) 2 내지 12의 정수의 군으로부터의 모든 수 i에 대한 모든 APCi×10 sec 값의 총 합에 대해 ≥12인 값. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질은 하기 특성을 갖는 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질:
ii) 2 내지 12의 정수의 군으로부터의 모든 수 i에 대한 모든 APCi ×10 sec 값의 총 합에 대해 ≥18인 값. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질은 하기 특성을 갖는 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질:
ii) 2 내지 12의 정수의 군으로부터의 모든 수 i에 대한 모든 APCi ×10 sec 값의 총 합에 대해 ≥24인 값. - 상부 기재층, 하부 기재층, 및 상기 상부 및 하부 기재층 사이에 배열된 흡수층을 함유하며, 여기서 상기 흡수층은 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 따른 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질 및 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질의 그램 당 0.1g 미만의 셀룰로오스 섬유를 포함하는 흡수성 코어.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 흡수성 코어는 셀룰로오스 섬유가 필수적으로 없는 흡수성 코어. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 흡수성 코어는 열가소성 물질 및 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질을 함유하는 다중의 구획을 함유하는 흡수성 코어. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 흡수성 코어는 상기 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질을 함유하는 다중의 구획 및 열가소성 물질의 층들을 함유하며, 여기서 상기 구획은 상부 또는 하부 기재층 및 열가소성 물질의 층에 의해 각각 경계를 나타내는 흡수성 코어. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 흡수성 코어는 제1 서브-층 및 상기 제1 서브-층과 인접한 제2 서브-층을 함유하며, 여기서

상기 위생 제품은 기저귀인 위생제품. - 상부 기재층, 하부 기재층, 및 또한 상기 상부 및 하부 기재층 사이에 배열된 흡수층을 함유하는 흡수성 코어를 생산하는 공정에 있어서, 상기 흡수층은 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질 및 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질의 그램 당 0.1g 미만의 셀룰로오스 섬유를 포함하며,
A) 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 따른 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질을 제공하는 단계;
B) 흡수성 코어에 상기 미립자 흡수성 물질을 혼입시키는 단계를 함유하는 흡수성 코어를 생산하기 위한 공정. - 청구항 16에 따른 공정에 의해 얻어질 수 있는 흡수성 코어.
- 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자유-라디칼적으로 중합시키는 단계 i)에서 수성 단량체 용액은 공중합가능한, 모노에틸렌화 불포화 계면활성제인 모노에틸렌화 불포화 단량체 (α2)를 더욱 함유하는 미립자 흡수성 중합체 물질.
