Description
도 2는 본 발명의 제2 실시 예에 따른 실리콘을 주성분으로 하는 다목적용 접착제의 제조방법을 설명하기 위한 공정도.
Claims (7)
- 다목적용으로 사용되는 접착제의 제조 방법으로서,
(a) 말단에 OH기를 가진 폴리 실록산 또는 알콕시 폴리 실록산을 실리콘 오일과 혼합하여 주제상을 제조하는 단계,
(b) 실란 축합반응에 의한 가교법을 사용하며, 가교제를 실리콘 오일에 분산하여 가교제상을 제조하는 단계,
(c) 상기 단계 (a)에서 제조된 주제상과 상기 단계 (b)에서 제조된 가교제상을 혼합하여 혼합물을 생성하는 단계,
(d) 상기 단계 (c)에서 생성된 혼합물을 탈포 및 교반하여 페이스트상으로 제조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 접착제는 폴리 실록산 30~70wt%, 실란 가교제 1~5wt%, 충진제 20~50wt%, 촉매 0.1~10wt%, 접착 부여제 2~3wt%, 실리콘 오일 1~30wt%를 포함하고,
상기 가교제는 테트라프로필 오쏘실리케이트(tetrapropyl orthosilcate)이고,
상기 접착 부여제는 글라이시딜옥시프로필트리 메톡시 실란(Glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxy silane), 머캅토 실란(Mercapto silane) 중의 어느 하나이고,
상기 촉매는 Diocty tin dilaurate, Dibutyl tin diacetate 중의 어느 하나의 유기 주석 화합물 또는 di-i-butoxy-titanium-diacetoactic acid ester titanate 화합물이며,
상기 실리콘 오일은 저취, 저방향족, 저독성의 특성을 갖는 형태, Si10 ~ Si17 실록산을 가지는 형태 및 고온 안정성이 좋은 형태에 따라 B.P(끓는점) 180℃~300℃에 해당하는 것을 사용하는 접착제의 제조방법. - 제1항에서,
상기 폴리 실록산은 수평균 분자량 1,000~100,000으로 양말단에 하이드록시 터미네이티드(Hydroxy terminated) 기능기 또는 알콕시 터미네이티드(Alkoxy terminated) 기능기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에서,
상기 실리콘 오일은 폴리 디메틸 실록산으로 점도 10~10,000cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에서,
상기 단계 (a)에서 조색제가 첨가되며, 상기 조색제는 이산화티탄(TiO2), 카본블랙(Carbon black), 적색 Fe2O3, Crome yellow, Crome green, Cyanine Blue 계통 중의 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에서,
상기 단계 (c)는 축합반응을 통하여 원료를 단계적으로 투입 제조를 진행시키는 회분(Batch) 생산방법으로 실행되고,
(e) 1액형 제조시에서는 속경화형 제품의 특징상 공기 중의 수분과 노출을 최소한 하여 제조 및 포장하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 청구항 제1항의 접착제의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 접착제.
