Abstract
이상 살펴본 바와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 구조부재의 중간부가 절곡되어 형성되고, 내부몸체와 외부몸체의 내부에 방사형으로 구비됨으로써, 배기관으로부터 발생되는 진동을 몸체부와 구조부재로 감쇠시켜 브래킷과 배기파이프의 고정력을 증대시킬 수 있는 행거 아이솔레이터를 제공할 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 행거 아이솔레이터의 아이솔레이터 핀이 관통홀에 삽입된 상태를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 3 내지 도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 행거 아이솔레이터의 구조부재를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 7 내지 도 10은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 행거 아이솔레이터의 구조부재의 진동흡수부가 지그재그로 형성된 것을 나타낸 사시도이다.

Claims (11)
- 구조부재에 원통부와 진동흡수부를 구비하여 내부몸체와 외부몸체에 부착됨으로써, 아이솔레이트 핀으로부터 발생되는 진동을 몸체부와 구조부재로 감쇠시켜 브래킷과 배기파이프의 고정력을 증대시킬 수 있는 행거 아이솔레이터에 있어서,
상기 아이솔레이트 핀이 삽입되는 관통홀이 중앙에 형성된 상기 내부몸체와, 상기 내부몸체의 외주면에 공간부가 형성되도록 상기 내부몸체와 연결부에 의해 연결되는 상기 외부몸체를 포함하는 몸체부; 및
상기 내부몸체와 외부몸체에 상기 구조부재;가 부착되되, 상기 구조부재는 상기 아이솔레이트 핀의 축방향으로 연장되는 상기 원통부와, 상기 연결부에 방사형으로 연장되는 상기 진동흡수부; 를 포함하고, 상기 원통부와 상기 진동흡수부가 일체로 형성되며,
상기 구조부재의 원통부는, 상기 내부몸체에 구비되는 내부원통부와, 상기 외부몸체에 구비되는 외부원통부를 포함하고,
상기 구조부재의 진동흡수부는, 상기 내부원통부의 일단과 외부원통부의 일단을 연결하고 상기 연결부와의 접촉면적이 확장되도록 지그재그 형상으로 절곡되어 형성되어 진동을 흡수하며,
상기 외부몸체의 외주면에는 상기 브래킷이 설치되며, 상기 외부몸체에 설치된 브래킷과 구조부재가 근접하여 설치되고,
상기 몸체부는 탄성력을 갖는 열가소성 수지 또는 고무재로 이루어지며,
상기 구조부재는 금속 또는 플락스틱 또는 섬유재로 이루어지고,
상기 몸체부와 구조부재는, 상기 아이솔레이트 핀에서 발생되는 진동을 감쇠시켜 브래킷과 배기파이프의 고정력을 증대시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 행거 아이솔레이터.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부원통부는,
내부원통부의 길이보다 짧게 형성되되, 타단이 외부몸체의 외측을 향하여 절곡되어 연장된 연장부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 행거 아이솔레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부원통부는,
상기 외부원통부의 길이보다 짧게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 행거 아이솔레이터.
