Claims (5)
- インナ軸部材の外周側に合成樹脂製のアウタ筒部材が配されて、本体ゴム弾性体で連結されてなる筒形防振装置が、筒状ブラケットに圧入されて組み付けられたブラケット付き筒形防振装置において、
前記アウタ筒部材には内周側に突出する内側突出部が一体形成されていると共に、該内側突出部が形成された位置における該アウタ筒部材の周壁部分において、該アウタ筒部材の外周面と前記筒状ブラケットの内周面との間に隙間が設けられており、且つ該内側突出部が、該アウタ筒部材の周方向の全周に亘って連続して形成されていることを特徴とするブラケット付き筒形防振装置。 - インナ軸部材の外周側に合成樹脂製のアウタ筒部材が配されて、本体ゴム弾性体で連結されてなる筒形防振装置が、筒状ブラケットに圧入されて組み付けられたブラケット付き筒形防振装置において、
前記アウタ筒部材には内周側に突出する内側突出部が一体形成されていると共に、該内側突出部が形成された位置における該アウタ筒部材の周壁部分において、該アウタ筒部材の外周面と前記筒状ブラケットの内周面との間に隙間が設けられており、且つ該筒状ブラケットの内周面において、該アウタ筒部材の外周面から外周側へ離れて該隙間を形成する逃げ部が設けられていることを特徴とするブラケット付き筒形防振装置。 - インナ軸部材の外周側に合成樹脂製のアウタ筒部材が配されて、本体ゴム弾性体で連結されてなる筒形防振装置が、筒状ブラケットに圧入されて組み付けられたブラケット付き筒形防振装置において、
前記アウタ筒部材には内周側に突出する内側突出部が一体形成されていると共に、該内側突出部が形成された位置における該アウタ筒部材の周壁部分において、該アウタ筒部材の外周面と前記筒状ブラケットの内周面との間に隙間が設けられており、且つ該筒状ブラケットにおいて、該アウタ筒部材における該内側突出部の外周上に位置する部分には、外周側に向かって肉厚とされた肉厚部が設けられていることを特徴とするブラケット付き筒形防振装置。 - 前記アウタ筒部材の軸方向端部において、前記内側突出部が一体形成されていると共に、外周側に突出する外側突出部が一体形成されている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のブラケット付き筒形防振装置。
- 前記筒状ブラケットがアルミニウム合金と繊維補強樹脂の何れかである請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のブラケット付き筒形防振装置。
