Description
尚、本発明の構成は、前記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その他の種々の実施形態を包含するものである。すなわち、前記の実施形態では、ストッパゴム10を内筒2の端部に設けているが、これに限らず、例えば外筒3又はゴム弾性体4のいずれかに設けることもできる。ゴム弾性体4に設ける場合は、これと一体にゴム層を成形してもよい。

Claims (4)
- 内筒と外筒とを弾性体により連結してなり、その軸方向の少なくとも一方の端部に前記内筒及び外筒の軸方向の相対移動を所定以下に規制するためのストッパ機構が設けられている筒形の防振装置であって、
前記ストッパ機構には、前記内筒、外筒及び弾性体のいずれか1つに設けられ、少なくとも内筒の周りを囲むように配置された環状のストッパゴムが含まれており、
前記ストッパゴムの内部には、前記内筒の周りを1周以上、囲むように螺旋状のダンパウエイトが埋設されていることを特徴とする防振装置。 - 請求項1の防振装置において、
ストッパゴムには、その外周面に開口する周方向の溝部がダンパウエイトに沿うように螺旋状に形成されていることを特徴とする防振装置。 - 請求項1又は2のいずれかの防振装置において、
ダンパウエイトが金属製であることを特徴とする防振装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つの防振装置において、
環状ストッパゴムの内周側には金属製の筒状部材が加硫接着されており、この筒状部材が内筒の端部に外側から嵌合されていることを特徴とする防振装置。
