Claims (14)
- 테트라카르본산 에스테르 화합물과,
음이온성기를 가지는 디아민 화합물과,
상기 테트라카르본산 에스테르 화합물 및 상기 디아민 화합물을 용해하는 용매를 함유하는 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 음이온성기는 카르복실기인, 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 디아민 화합물은 3,4-디아미노안식향산 또는 3,5-디아미노안식향산인, 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 테트라카르본산 에스테르 화합물은, 3,3',4,4'-벤조페논테트라카르본산 에스테르인, 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 테트라카르본산 에스테르 화합물과,
음이온성기를 가지는 디아민 화합물을 함유하는 전지 전극용 바인더. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물과,
활물질 입자를 함유하는 전지 전극 형성용 합제 슬러리. - 집전체와,
청구항 6에 기재된 전지 전극 형성용 합제 슬러리로부터 얻어지며, 상기 집전체를 피복하는 활물질층을 구비하는, 전지 전극. - 집전체와,
활물질 입자와, 상기 활물질 입자끼리를 결착시킴과 함께 상기 집전체와 상기 활물질 입자를 결착시키는 다공질 구조의 폴리이미드 수지를 가지며, 상기 집전체를 피복하는 활물질층을 구비하고,
상기 폴리이미드 수지는 음이온성기를 가지는, 전지 전극. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드 수지는 가교 구조를 가지는, 전지 전극. - 테트라카르본산 에스테르 화합물과, 음이온성기를 가지는 디아민 화합물과, 상기 테트라카르본산 에스테르 화합물 및 상기 디아민 화합물을 용해하는 용매를 함유하는 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물에, 카본 블랙을, 실질적으로 전단 응력을 가하지 않고 혼합하여, 카본 블랙 첨가 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물을 조제하는 제1 혼합 공정과,
상기 카본 블랙 첨가 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물에 활물질 입자를 혼합하여, 합제 슬러리를 조제하는 제2 혼합 공정을 구비하는, 전지 전극 형성용 합제 슬러리 제조 방법. - 청구항 6에 기재된 전지 전극 형성용 합제 슬러리를 집전체 상에 도포하여, 상기 집전체 상에 합제 슬러리 도막을 형성하는 도포 공정과,
상기 합제 슬러리 도막을 가열하여, 다공질 활물질층을 형성하는 가열 공정을 구비하는, 전지 전극 형성 방법. - 삭제
