[해결 수단] 본 발명의 폴리이미드 섬유의 제조 방법은, 폴리이미드 전구체와, 25℃에서의 수중의 공역산의 산해리정수(pKa)가 6.0 이상 10 이하이며, 25℃에서의 옥타놀 수분배계수(LogP)가 -0.75 이상 0.75 이하인 화합물을 포함하는 폴리이미드 전구체 용액을, 상기 폴리이미드 전구체에 대한 빈용매 또는 비용매중에 토출해서, 폴리이미드 전구체 섬유를 형성하는 응고 공정과, 상기 폴리이미드 전구체 섬유를 가열하면서 연신해서, 폴리이미드 섬유를 형성하는 열연신 공정을 포함한다. 또, 본 발명의 폴리이미드 섬유는, 열팽창율이 -15 ppm/K 이상 0 ppm/K 이하의 범위내라는 물성을 가진다.

Claims (13)
- 폴리이미드 전구체와, 25℃에서의 수중의 공역산의 산해리정수(pKa)가 6.0이상 10 이하의 범위내이며, 25℃에서의 옥타놀 수분배계수(LogP)가 -0.75 이상 0.75 이하의 범위내인 화합물을 포함하는 폴리이미드 전구체 용액을, 상기 폴리이미드 전구체에 대한 빈용매 또는 비용매중에 토출해서, 폴리이미드 전구체 섬유를 형성하는 응고 공정, 및
상기 폴리이미드 전구체 섬유를 가열하면서 연신해서, 폴리이미드 섬유를 형성하는 열연신 공정
을 적어도 이용하여 얻어진 폴리이미드 섬유이며,
열팽창율이 -15 ppm/K 이상 0 ppm/K 이하의 범위내인, 폴리이미드 섬유. - 제1항에 있어서,
탄성률이 320 cN/dtex 이상 1,100 cN/dtex 이하의 범위내인, 폴리이미드 섬유. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
강도가 6.5 cN/dtex 이상 25 cN/dtex 이하의 범위내인, 폴리이미드 섬유. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
비중이 1.45 이상 1.55 이하의 범위내인, 폴리이미드 섬유 - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
평형 수분율이 2% 이하인, 폴리이미드 섬유. - 폴리이미드 전구체와, 25℃에서의 수중의 공역산의 산해리정수(pKa)가 6.0이상 10 이하의 범위내이며, 25℃에서의 옥타놀 수분배계수(LogP)가 -0.75 이상 0.75 이하의 범위내인 화합물을 포함하는 폴리이미드 전구체 용액을, 상기 폴리이미드 전구체에 대한 빈용매 또는 비용매중에 토출해서, 폴리이미드 전구체 섬유를 형성하는 응고 공정, 및
상기 폴리이미드 전구체 섬유를 가열하면서 연신해서, 상기 폴리이미드 전구체를 이미드화하여 폴리이미드 섬유를 형성하는 열연신 공정
을 포함하는, 폴리이미드 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 빈용매 또는 비용매에는, 주성분으로서 물이 포함되는, 폴리이미드 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드 전구체는, 테트라카본산계 화합물 유래 부위를 포함하고,
상기 폴리이미드 전구체 용액에 있어서, 상기 화합물은, 상기 테트라카본산계 화합물 유래 부위의 1 몰에 대해서 0.1 몰 이상 1.0 몰 이하의 범위내로 포함되는, 폴리이미드 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 테트라카본산계 화합물 유래 부위는, 3,3’,4,4’-비페닐테트라카본산계 화합물, 및 피로멜리트산계 화합물 중 적어도 하나에 유래하는 것인, 폴리이미드 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
테트라카본산계 화합물과 디아민 화합물을 유기 극성 용매중에서 중합해서 상기 폴리이미드 전구체를 얻는 전구체 형성 공정을 더 포함하고,
상기 폴리이미드 전구체 용액에 있어서, 상기 화합물은, 상기 테트라카본산계 화합물 1 몰에 대해서 0.1 몰 이상 1.0 몰 이하의 범위내로 포함되는 것인, 폴리이미드 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 테트라카본산계 화합물은, 3,3’,4,4’-비페닐테트라카본산 2무수물 및 피로멜리트산 2무수물 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것인, 폴리이미드 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 디아민 화합물은, 파라페닐렌디아민 및 4,4’-디아미노디페닐에테르 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것인, 폴리이미드 섬유의 제조 방법. - 폴리이미드 전구체 용액을 원재료로 하고, 상기 폴리이미드 전구체 용액을 방사한 후 가열해서, 폴리이미드 전구체를 이미드화하여 폴리이미드 섬유를 얻는, 폴리이미드 섬유의 제조에 있어서, 25℃에서의 수중의 공역산의 산해리정수(pKa)가 6.0 이상 10 이하이며, 25℃에서의 옥타놀 수분배계수(LogP)가 -0.75 이상 0.75 이하인 화합물을 상기 폴리이미드 전구체 용액중의 상기 폴리이미드 전구체의 응고 완화제로서 사용하는 방법.
