Claims (9)
- 삼차원 구조체에 귀금속, 마그네슘 산화물 및 내화성 무기 산화물을 포함한 촉매 성분의 촉매층이 형성되어 이루어진 배기 가스 정화용 촉매로서,
상기 촉매층이 수은 압입법으로 얻어지는 세공 분포에서 마그네슘 산화물에 기인한 피크를 2개 가지며, 상기 촉매층의 세공 분포에 존재하는 상기 마그네슘 산화물에 기인한 2개의 피크는 1∼5㎛ 범위에 존재하는 제1 피크 및 0.1∼1㎛ 범위에 존재하는 제2 피크이고, 상기 마그네슘 산화물의 사용량이 삼차원 구조체 1리터당 0.5∼9g인 배기 가스 정화용 촉매. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 피크에 상당하는 1∼5㎛ 범위의 세공 용적의 전세공 용적에 대한 비율이 5∼30%인 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 제2 피크에 상당하는 0.1∼1㎛ 범위의 세공 용적의 상기 제1 피크에 상당하는 1∼5㎛범위의 세공 용적에 대한 비율이 0.5∼30인 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘 산화물의 사용량이 삼차원 구조체 1리터당 1∼5g인 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 성분으로서 알카리 금속, 알카리 토류 금속, 희토류 원소, 망간 및 텅스텐으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소의 산화물을 더 포함하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘 산화물은 산화마그네슘의 형태로 촉매층에 첨가되는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 귀금속, 마그네슘 산화물 및 내화성 무기 산화물을 수성 매체에 분산하고 습식 분쇄하여 슬러리를 얻은 후 삼차원 구조체를 상기 슬러리 중에 침지하여 잉여 슬러리를 제거하고 건조, 소성하여 마그네슘 산화물이 흡수한 수분을 상기 건조·소성 공정 중에 증발시키거나 혹은 마그네슘 산화물을 건조·소성 공정 중에 수축시켜 1∼5㎛의 범위에 존재하는 제1 피크를 갖는 구멍을 촉매층 중에 형성하는 것; 또는
수용성 귀금속염을 물에 용해하고 내화성 무기 산화물에 귀금속을 담지하여 귀금속 담지 내화성 무기 산화물을 얻고, 상기 귀금속 담지 내화성 무기 산화물과 마그네슘 산화물을 수성 매체에 분산하고 습식 분쇄하여 슬러리를 얻은 후 삼차원 구조체를 상기 슬러리 중에 침지하여 잉여 슬러리를 제거하고 건조, 소성하여 마그네슘 산화물이 흡수한 수분을 상기 건조·소성 공정 중에 증발시키거나 혹은 마그네슘 산화물을 건조·소성 공정 중에 수축시켜 1∼5㎛의 범위에 존재하는 제1 피크를 갖는 구멍을 촉매층 중에 형성하는 것을 포함하는 청구항 1에 기재된 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1, 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 배기 가스 정화용 촉매 또는 청구항 8에 기재된 방법에 따라 제조되는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 대해 배기 가스를 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 배기 가스의 정화 방법.
