Claims (7)
- 일반식 Li1 + xM1 - xO2(x=0.10 이상 0.33 이하, M은, Mn을 반드시 포함하고, Ni, Co, Al, Mg, Ti, Fe 및 Nb로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 원소를 포함한다)로 표시되는 리튬 과잉형 층상 리튬 금속 복합 산화물의 제조 방법으로서,
일반식 Li1 + xM1 - xO2(x=-0.15 이상 0.15 이하, M은, Mn을 반드시 포함하고, Ni, Co, Al, Mg, Ti, Fe 및 Nb로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 원소를 포함한다)로 표시되는 리튬 금속 복합 산화물과, 리튬 화합물을 혼합하고, 소성하여 리튬 과잉형 층상 리튬 금속 복합 산화물을 얻는 공정을 구비한 리튬 과잉형 층상 리튬 금속 복합 산화물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
일반식 Li1 + xM1 - xO2(x=-0.15 이상 0.15 이하, M은, Mn을 반드시 포함하고, Ni, Co, Al, Mg, Ti, Fe 및 Nb로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 원소를 포함한다)에 있어서의 「Li 원소」 및 「M 원소」의 원료를 포함하는 원료 조성물을 소성하여, 일반식 Li1 + xM1 - xO2(x=-0.15 이상 0.15 이하, M은, Mn을 반드시 포함하고, Ni, Co, Al, Mg, Ti, Fe 및 Nb로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 원소를 포함한다)로 표시되는 리튬 금속 복합 산화물을 얻는 제1 공정과,
제1 공정에서 얻어진 리튬 금속 복합 산화물과, 리튬 화합물을 혼합하고, 소성하여 리튬 과잉형 층상 리튬 금속 복합 산화물을 얻는 제2 공정을 구비한 리튬 과잉형 층상 리튬 금속 복합 산화물의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 금속 복합 산화물의 1차 입자경이 0.7㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 과잉형 층상 리튬 금속 복합 산화물의 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 공정에서는, 소성을 1회 또는 2회 이상 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 과잉형 층상 리튬 금속 복합 산화물의 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 공정의 소성 온도는, 상기 제1 공정의 소성 온도보다도 고온인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 과잉형 층상 리튬 금속 복합 산화물의 제조 방법. - 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 화합물로서, 수산화리튬 또는 탄산리튬을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 과잉형 층상 리튬 금속 복합 산화물의 제조 방법. - 삭제
