Claims (15)
- a) 식 WO3-zHx(식 중 x는 0.2 내지 1 범위, z는 0 내지 x 범위임)로 표시되는 수소 텅스텐 청동 25 내지 70 중량부,
b) 2원 텅스텐 산화물 20 내지 70 중량부, 및
c) 텅스텐 금속 1 내지 30 중량부
를 포함하는 분말 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수소 텅스텐 청동의 대부분이 입방정 구조에 속하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분들 a) 내지 c)가 총 분말 조성물의 95 내지 100 중량%를 구성하고, 나머지는 존재하는 경우 유기 중합체, 다른 텅스텐 화합물 또는 물, 또는 이들 모두인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2원 텅스텐 산화물이 WO3-y이고, 여기서 y는 0 내지 1 범위인 조성물.
- 암모늄 텅스테이트를 수소, 수소 방출 기체, 또는 이들의 혼합물과 2500 K 이상의 온도에서 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 수소 텅스텐 청동 또는 수소 텅스텐 청동 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접촉을 플라즈마에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수소, 수소 방출 기체, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 희가스와의 혼합물로 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 생성물 중에 형성된 텅스텐 금속의 양이 생성물의 25 중량% 미만으로 유지되도록 수소의 양을 조정하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항의 분말 조성물을 유기 중합체, 용매, 및 유기 중합체와 용매의 배합물로부터 선택된 분산 매질 중에 포함하는 입자 분산액.
- 제10항에 있어서, 총 입자 질량의 90 중량% 이상이 1 nm 내지 800 nm의 크기 범위를 갖는 입자인 입자 분산액.
- a) 유기 중합체 또는 코팅 결합제, 및
b) 성분 a)를 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 15 중량%의 제1항의 분말 조성물
을 포함하는 조성물. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 성분 b)로서 입방 결정 구조의 수소 텅스텐 청동을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 성분 a)의 매트릭스에 분산된 입자의 형태로 상기 성분 b)를 함유하는 조성물.
- 유기 또는 무기 중합체 조성물 또는 유기/무기 중합체 하이브리드 시스템에서 열 차폐용 첨가제 또는 적외선 흡수제, 또는 이들 모두로서 제1항의 분말 조성물을 사용하는 방법.
