Description
Claims (20)
- a) 화학량론 과량의 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트를 다른 폴리에테르를 본질적으로 포함하지 않으며 아민 관능가가 2이고 평균 아미노 당량이 1,000 내지 1,250인 1차 아민-종결 폴리에테르와 반응시킴으로써 제조되며, 유리 NCO 함량이 18 중량%를 초과하는 예비중합체 및
b) 상기 단계 a)에서 형성된 예비중합체와 (i) 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가가 2 이상이고 (a) 폴리에스테르 폴리올 트리올, (b) 폴리에테르 글리콜 및 (c) 폴리에스테르 폴리올 디올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리올, 및 (ii) 이소시아네이트 반응성 기가 있으며 관능가가 2 내지 3이고 분자량이 400 미만이며 (a) 디언히드로헥시톨, (b) 방향족 디아민, (c) 시클로헥산디메탄올 및 (d) 방향족 고리 함유 디올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 경화제의 반응 생성물
의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 83% 초과의 광투과율을 갖는 폴리우레탄. - 제1항에 있어서, 1차 아민-종결 폴리에테르의 분자량이 2,000 내지 2,500이고 예비중합체의 유리 NCO 함량이 18 내지 23 중량%인 폴리우레탄.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올이 분자량이 900 미만인 폴리에스테르 폴리올 트리올인 폴리우레탄.
- 제2항에 있어서, 경화제가 (a) 디언히드로헥시톨 및 (b) 시클로헥산디메탄올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리올이 (a) 분자량이 540 내지 900인 폴리에스테르 폴리올 트리올 또는 (b) 분자량이 650 내지 2,000인 폴리에테르 글리콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄.
- 제2항에 있어서, 경화제가 디언히드로헥시톨인 폴리우레탄.
- 제3항에 있어서, 경화제가 방향족 고리 함유 디올인 폴리우레탄.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리올이 분자량이 2,000 이하인 폴리에스테르 폴리올 디올인 폴리우레탄.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리올이 분자량이 900 미만인 폴리에스테르 폴리올 트리올인 폴리우레탄.
- a) 화학량론 과량의 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트를 다른 폴리에테르를 본질적으로 포함하지 않으며 아민 관능가가 2이고 평균 아미노 당량이 1,000 내지 1,250인 1차 아민-종결 폴리에테르와 반응시킴으로써 제조되며, 유리 NCO 함량이 18 중량%를 초과하는 예비중합체를 형성하는 단계, 및
b) 상기 단계 a)에서 형성된 예비중합체를 (i) 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가가 2 이상이고 (a) 폴리에스테르 폴리올 트리올, (b) 폴리에테르 글리콜 및 (c) 폴리에스테르 폴리올 디올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리올, 및 (ii) 이소시아네이트 반응성 기가 있으며 관능가가 2 내지 3이고 분자량이 400 미만이며 (a) 디언히드로헥시톨, (b) 방향족 디아민, (c) 시클로헥산디메탄올 및 (d) 방향족 고리 함유 디올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 경화제와 반응시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 83% 초과의 광투과율을 갖는 폴리우레탄을 수득하는 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 1차 아민-종결 폴리에테르의 분자량이 2,000 내지 2,500이고 예비중합체의 유리 NCO 함량이 18 내지 23 중량%인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리올이 분자량이 900 미만인 폴리에스테르 폴리올 트리올인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 경화제가 (a) 디언히드로헥시톨 및 (b) 시클로헥산디메탄올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 폴리올이 분자량이 900 미만인 폴리에스테르 폴리올 트리올인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 경화제가 (a) 디언히드로헥시톨 및 (b) 시클로헥산디메탄올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
