Abstract
Description
도 1은 계 내 뇌 손상의 치료를 보여주는 본 발명의 예시 장치의 부분 횡단면에서의 투시도를 도시적으로 보여주는 것이다.

치료하고자 하는 중추 신경계 조직에 부압(sub-atmospheric pressure)을 분배하기 위해 다공성 생체흡수성 물질과 가스 연통되도록 배치되는 부압 생성용 진공원
을 포함하는 손상된 중추 신경계 조직 치료용 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 연속 기포(open-cell) 콜라겐을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 폴리디올시트레이트를 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 폴리글리콜산 및 폴리락트산 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 다공성 물질의 리본을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 연속 기포 발포체를 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 발포체 섹션을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 폴리비닐 알콜 발포체를 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리에스테르 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 합성 중합체, 가요성 시트형 메쉬 및 다공성 시트 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 폴리디올시트레이트 및 콜라겐을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 엘라스틴, 히알루론산 또는 알기네이트, 및 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 전기방사 물질을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 캐스트 물질을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 인쇄물을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은, 손상된 중추 신경계 조직에의 근접 배치를 위한 다공성 생체흡수성 물질의 적어도 선택된 표면에서, 섬유아세포 및 중추 신경계 세포의 크기보다 작은 기공 크기를 갖는 것인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 이 생체흡수성 물질의 내부에서 섬유아세포 및 중추 신경계 세포의 크기보다 큰 기공 크기를 갖는 것인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 상기 선택된 표면이 아닌 위치에서 섬유아세포 및 중추 신경계 세포의 크기보다 큰 기공 크기를 갖는 것인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질의 기공 크기는 알부민의 통과가 가능하도록 구성된 것인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 이를 통한 부압의 전달을 막도록 밀봉된 하나 이상의 표면을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 생체흡수성 물질은 상기 다공성 물질의 선택된 표면이 아닌 표면에서 육아 조직의 형성을 촉진하도록 구성된 기공 크기를 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공원은 진공 펌프를 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 손상된 중추 신경계 조직을 커버(cover)하여 이 손상된 중추 신경계 조직에서 커버 아래에 부압을 유지시키도록 구성된 가요성 커버를 포함하는 장치.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 커버는 자착식 시트를 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 커버는 가요성 접착 시트를 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 진공원은 대기압보다 25 mm Hg 낮은 부압을 제공하도록 구성되는 것인 장치.
