Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 도료 조성물이 적용된 도장 후의 도장물 표면에 태양광이 적용되는 경우(a)와 태양광이 적용되지 않는 경우(b)에 대한 색감도와 스파클 감을 보여주는 비교 사진이다.
도 3은 안료로서 흑색 카본 안료를 적용한 경우 분산성이 개선된 도료에서의 인자 크기에 따른 분산도와 흑색도 관계를 도시한 그래프이다.
도 4는 통상의 흑색 도료(a)와 본 발명에서와 같이 분산성을 향상시킨 흑색도료(b) 에서의 주성분인 수지성분과 카본안료의 혼합상태에서 균일한 안료 분산 상태를 개념적으로 보여주는 비교 개념도이다.
Claims (10)
- 아크릴수지 45~65중량%, 산 에폭시 수지가 부분 중합된 아크릴실록산 수지 15~30중량%, 도료용 색상 안료 1~5중량%, Al 입자 0.1~1중량% 및 표면조정제, 자외선 흡수제, 핀홀방지제, 반응억제제, 흐름방지제 중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 첨가제 10~20중량%, 용제 2~10중량%로 이루어진 제1 도료와, 아크릴수지 45~65중량%, 산 에폭시 수지가 부분 중합된 아크릴실록산 수지 15~30중량%, 상기 제1 도료와 동일 색상의 도료용 색상 안료 1~5중량%, Al 입자 0.01~0.08중량% 및 표면조정제, 자외선 흡수제, 핀홀방지제, 반응억제제, 흐름방지제 중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 첨가제 10~20중량%, 용제 2~10중량%로 이루어진 제2 도료의 2액형으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스파클 감이 향상된 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 색상 안료는 카본 안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, Al 입자는 크기가 15~25㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 첨가제로서 표면 조정제 1-5중량%, 자외선 흡수제 2~7중량%, 핀홀방지제 0.5-1.5중량%, 반응억제제 0.5~1.5중량% 및 흐름방지제 6~12중량%가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 용제는 하이드로카본계 용제, 에테르계 용제, 에스테르계 용제, 알콜계 용제 중에서 선택된 하나 이상이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 용제는 하이드로카본계 용제 1.7~1.9중량%, 에테르계 용제 1.0~1.2중량%, 에스테르계 용제 0.7~0.9중량% 및 알콜계 용제 0.9~1,1중량%가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 제1 도료는 아크릴 수지 50~60중량%, 산 에폭시 수지가 부분 중합된 아크릴실록산 수지 18~25중량%, 색상 안료 2.0~2.5중량%, Al 입자 0.2~0.5중량%, 첨가제로 표면 조정제 1-5중량%, 자외선 흡수제는 2~7중량%, 핀홀방지제 0.5-1.5중량%, 반응억제제 0.5~1.5중량% 및 흐름방지제 6~12중량%, 용제로 하이드로카본계 용제 1.7~1.9중량%, 에테르계 용제 1.0~1.2중량%, 에스테르계 용제 0.7~0.9중량% 및 알콜계 용제 0.9~1,1중량%를 함유하고, 제2 도료는 아크릴 수지 50~60중량%, 산 에폭시 수지가 부분 중합된 아크릴실록산 수지 18~25중량%, 색상 안료 2.0~2.5중량%, Al 입자 0.02~0.05중량%, 첨가제로 표면 조정제 1-5중량%, 자외선 흡수제는 2~7중량%, 핀홀방지제 0.5-1.5중량%, 반응억제제 0.5~1.5중량% 및 흐름방지제 6~12중량%, 용제로 하이드로카본계 용제 1.7~1.9중량%, 에테르계 용제 1.0~1.2중량%, 에스테르계 용제 0.7~0.9중량% 및 알콜계 용제 0.9~1,1중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 도료용 아크릴계 수지 45~65중량%, 산 에폭시 수지가 부분 중합된 아크릴실록산 수지 15~30중량%, 도료용 색상 안료 1~5중량%, Al 입자 0.1~1중량%, 표면조정제, 자외선 흡수제, 핀홀방지제, 반응억제제, 흐름방지제 중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 첨가제 10~20중량% 및 용제 2~10중량%로 이루어진 제1 도료를 1차 베이스 코팅하고, 그 위에 아크릴수지 45~65중량%, 산 에폭시 수지가 부분 중합된 아크릴실록산 수지 15~30중량%, 상기 제1 도료와 동일 색상의 도료용 색상 안료 1~5중량%, Al 입자 0.01~0.08중량%, 표면조정제, 자외선 흡수제, 핀홀방지제, 반응억제제, 흐름방지제 중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 첨가제 10~20중량% 및 용제 2~10중량%로 이루어진 제2 도료를 2차 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2액형 도료 조성물의 도장방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 제1 도료 도포 후에 WET ON WET 조건으로 건조 후 제2 도료를 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 도료 조성물이 도포되어 있되, 제1 도료가 도포되어 있고, 그 위에 제2 도료가 코팅되어 도장된 자동차.
