Claims (20)
- 표시 영역 및 주변 영역을 포함하는 기판,상기 주변 영역에 위치하는 기둥 모양의 돌출 부재 패턴,상기 주변 영역에 위치하는 유기막, 그리고상기 유기막 위에 위치하는 차광 부재를 포함하고,상기 유기막과 상기 돌출 부재 패턴이 중첩하는 부분의 유기막 제1 영역의 높이가 유기막과 상기 돌출 부재 패턴이 중첩하지 않는 상기 주변 영역의 유기막 제2 영역의 높이보다 1.5 ㎛ 이상 높고,상기 차광 부재와 상기 돌출 부재 패턴이 중첩하는 부분의 차광 부재 제1 영역의 높이가 상기 차광 부재와 상기 돌출 부재 패턴이 중첩하지 않는 상기 주변 영역의 차광 부재 제2 영역의 높이보다 0.7 ㎛ 이상 높은 액정 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에서,상기 차광 부재 제1 영역의 높이가 상기 차광 부재 제2 영역의 높이보다 1.0 ㎛ 이상 높은 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 유기막 하부에 무기 절연막이 위치하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제4항에서,상기 주변 영역의 상기 유기막의 개구부와 상기 무기 절연막의 개구부가 동일한 액정 표시 장치.
- 제5항에서,상기 표시 영역에 위치하며, 상기 돌출 부재 패턴과 동일한 물질을 포함하고, 상기 돌출 부재 패턴과 동일한 층에 위치하는 격벽 패턴, 그리고상기 격벽 패턴에 의해 정의된 영역에 형성된 색필터를 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 유기막은 상기 돌출 부재 패턴을 둘러싸고 있는 오목부인 유기막 제3 영역을 포함하는 제 액정 표시 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 유기막과 상기 돌출 부재 패턴이 중첩하는 부분의 유기막 제1 영역의 높이가 상기 유기막의 제3 영역의 높이보다 1.0 ㎛ 이상 높은 액정 표시 장치.

- 제8항에서,상기 차광 부재에서 상기 돌출 부재 패턴과 중첩하는 부분의 높이가 상기 차광 부재에서 상기 유기막 제3 영역과 중첩하는 부분의 높이보다 1.0 ㎛ 이상 높은 액정 표시 장치.
- 제8항에서,상기 유기막 위에 위치하는 밀봉재를 더 포함하고,상기 제2 영역에서 상기 밀봉재와 중첩하는 부분의 높이는 상기 제2 영역에서 상기 밀봉재를 벗어난 부분의 높이보다 높은 액정 표시 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 표시 영역에 위치하며, 상기 돌출 부재 패턴과 동일한 물질을 포함하고, 상기 돌출 부재 패턴과 동일한 층에 위치하는 격벽 패턴,상기 격벽 패턴에 의해 정의된 영역에 형성된 색필터를 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
