Claims (22)
- 제1 표시영역 및 상기 제1 표시영역을 감싸는 제1 주변영역이 형성된 제 1 투명기판, 상기 제1 표시 영역에 형성된 박막 트랜지스터, 상기 박막 트랜지스터를 덮도록 형성된 컬러필터, 상기 컬러필터 위에 배치된 화소 전극을 포함하는 제 1 기판;상기 제1 투명기판과 마주보고, 제2 표시영역 및 상기 제2 표시영역을 감싸는 제2 주변영역이 형성된 제2 투명기판, 상기 제2 표시영역 및 상기 제2 주변영역에 형성된 공통전극을 포함하는 제2 기판;상기 제1 주변영역에 상기 컬러필터와 동일한 물질로 형성되고 상기 제1 및 제2 투명기판 사이의 셀 갭을 유지하는 절연체와, 상기 절연체의 표면을 커버하도록 배치되어 공통전압 인가 라인으로부터 인가되는 공통전압을 상기 공통전극으로 인가하는 도전체를 포함하는 공통전압 인가부재; 및상기 제1 기판 및 제2 기판 사이에 배치된 액정을 포함하고,상기 제2 기판은 상기 공통전극 위에 배치되고, 상기 화소전극 및 상기 도전체에 대응하여 개구가 형성된 블랙매트릭스를 더 포함하며,상기 도전체는 상기 개구에 의해 노출된 상기 공통전극과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도전체 및 상기 공통전극은 ITO 패턴 또는 IZO 패턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 컬러필터는 레드 컬러필터, 그린 컬러필터 및 블루 컬러필터를 포함하며, 상기 절연체는 상기 레드 컬러필터, 상기 그린 컬러필터 및 상기 블루 컬러필터와 동일한 물질로 이루어진 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판은 상기 컬러필터 및 상기 화소 전극의 사이에 배치된 평탄화막을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판은 상기 도전체와 상기 절연체 사이, 및 상기 컬러필터와 상기 화소전극 사이에 배치된 평탄화막을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공통전압 인가 라인은 상기 제 1 주변영역에 형성되고, 상기 도전체와 전기적으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
