도 3은 열수 분위기(hydrothermal atmosphere)에서의 합성 노화 이후 종래 기술에 따른 촉매(VK1')에서의, 그리고, 본 발명에 따른 촉매(K1')에서의 NO의 NO2로의 변환을 도시한다.
도 4는 각각 SO2를 포함하는 배기 가스 내에서의 합성 노화 이후에, 1:2의 알루미늄 산화물:알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물을 갖는 본 발명에 따른 촉매(K2) 및 2.5:1의 알루미늄 산화물:알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물을 갖는 비교 촉매(VK2)에서의 NO의 NO2로의 변환을 도시한다.
Claims (13)
- 백금, 활성 알루미늄 산화물 및 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물로 구성되는 촉매적 활성 코팅과 기판을 포함하는 디젤 배기 가스 처리용 산화 촉매에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 산화물 및 상기 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물은 백금에 의해 촉매적으로 활성화되고, 상기 촉매 내에 포함된 백금의 양 중 55 내지 95 wt%는 상기 활성 알루미늄 산화물 상에 존재하고, 잔여량의 백금은 상기 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물 상에 지지되며, 상기 알루미늄 산화물 및 상기 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물은 서로에 관하여 1:1.5 내지 1:4의 중량비로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디젤 배기 가스 처리용 산화 촉매. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물은 상기 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물의 총 중량에 기초하여 5 내지 40 wt%의 SiO2를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디젤 배기 가스 처리용 산화 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물은 60 m2/g(BET)보다 많은 비표면적을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디젤 배기 가스 처리용 산화 촉매.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매의 백금 함량은 상기 촉매 기판의 체적에 기초하여 0.07 내지 7 g/l 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는, 디젤 배기 가스 처리용 산화 촉매.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 백금 이외에 어떠한 다른 귀금속도 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디젤 배기 가스 처리용 산화 촉매.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 이리듐, 루테늄 및 금으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 어떠한 귀금속도 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디젤 배기 가스 처리용 산화 촉매.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 희토류 금속 산화물을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디젤 배기 가스 처리용 산화 촉매.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 제올라이트 화합물들 및 4Å보다 큰 하부 채널 폭을 갖는 제올라이트 유사 재료들을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디젤 배기 가스 처리용 산화 촉매.
- 디젤 엔진들을 갖는 차량들을 위한 배기 가스 정화 시스템으로서, 백금, 활성 알루미늄 산화물 및 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물로 구성되는 촉매적 활성 코팅 및 기판을 포함하는 산화 촉매가 미립자 필터의 상류에 배열되어 있는, 상기 배기 가스 정화 시스템에 있어서,
상기 산화 촉매에서, 상기 알루미늄 산화물 및 상기 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물은 백금에 의해 촉매적으로 활성화되고, 상기 촉매 내에 포함된 백금의 양 중 55 내지 95 wt%는 상기 활성 알루미늄 산화물 상에 존재하며, 잔여량의 백금은 상기 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물 상에 지지되고, 알루미늄 산화물 및 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물은 서로에 관하여 1:1.5 내지 1:4의 중량비로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 시스템, - 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 필터는 금속 및 세라믹 관통 유동 필터 기판들, 소결된 금속 필터 본체들, 세라믹 또는 금속 발포 구조체들 및 세라믹 및 금속 편조 및 직조 구조체들의 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 시스템.
- 디젤 엔진들을 구비한 차량들을 위한 배기 가스 정화 시스템으로서, 백금, 활성 알루미늄 산화물 및 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물로 구성되는 촉매적 활성 코팅 및 기판을 포함하는 산화 촉매가 SCR 촉매의 상류에 배열되는, 상기 배기 가스 정화 시스템에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 산화물 및 상기 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물은 백금에 의해 촉매적으로 활성화되고, 상기 촉매 내에 포함된 백금의 양 중 55 내지 95 wt%는 상기 활성 알루미늄 산화물 상에 존재하며, 잔여량의 백금은 상기 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물 상에 지지되고, 알루미늄 산화물 및 알루미늄-규소 혼합 산화물은 서로에 관하여 1:1.5 내지 1:4의 중량비로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 시스템. - 디젤 배기 가스들을 처리하기 위한 방법에 있어서,
제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 산화 촉매를 통해 배기 가스가 통과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 산화 촉매의 입구에서의 상기 배기 가스의 온도는 항상 500℃보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 처리 방법.
