Claims (8)
- a) 실리카졸에 티타니아, SiO2/Al2O3의 몰비가 10 ~ 400인 베타 제올라이트 및 알루미노실리케이트를 교반하여 복합담체 혼합액을 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 복합담체 혼합액을 세라믹 또는 금속 재질의 관통형 지지체에 와시코팅하는 단계; 및c) 와시코팅된 지지체를 건조 또는 건조 및 소성하는 단계;d) c)단계 후 와시코팅된 지지체를 백금(Pt)계, 팔라듐(Pd)계 또는 로듐(Rh)계 화합물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 백금족 화합물을 함유하는 촉매액에 함침하는 단계; 및e) 함침된 지지체를 건조 및 소성하는 단계;를 포함하는 디젤 엔진의 배기 가스 정화용 산화촉매 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 알루미노실리케이트는 SiO2 70 내지 95중량% 및 Al2O3 5 내지 30중량%로 이루어지는 산성 알루미노실리케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 배기 가스 정화용 산화촉매 제조방법.
- a) 실리카졸에 티타니아, SiO2/Al2O3의 몰비가 10 ~ 400인 베타 제올라이트 및 알루미노실리케이트를 넣고 교반하여 복합담체 혼합액을 제조하는 단계;b) 백금(Pt)계, 팔라듐(Pd)계 또는 로듐(Rh)계 화합물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 백금족 화합물을 함유하는 촉매액을 제조하는 단계;c) 복합담체 혼합액에 백금족 화합물 용액을 혼합한 후 건조 및 소성하여 백금족 촉매성분이 담지된 복합담체를 제조하는 단계;d) 백금족 촉매 성분이 담지된 복합 담체를 세라믹 또는 금속 재질의 관통형 지지체에 와시코팅하는 단계; 및e) 와시코팅된 지지체를 건조 및 소성하는 단계;를 포함하는 디젤 엔진의 배기 가스 정화용 산화촉매 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 알루미노실리케이트는 SiO2 70 내지 95중량% 및 Al2O3 5 내지 30중량%로 이루어지는 산성 알루미노실리케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 배기 가스 정화용 산화촉매 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제4항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,백금족 촉매 성분은 복합 담체에 대하여 0.1 내지 10중량%로 담지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 엔진의 배기 가스 정화용 산화촉매 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,백금족 촉매 성분은 H2PtCl6, H2PtCl4, (NH4)2PtCl6, (NH4)2PtCl4, (NH4)2PtCl6, (NH4)2PtCl4, K2PtCl6, K2PtCl4, (NH4)2Pt(CN)4, (NH4)2Pt(SCN)4, (NH4)2Pt(NO3)4, K2Pt(CN)4, K2Pt(SCN)4, K2Pt(NO3)4, Pt(NH3)2Cl4, Pt(NH3)2(NO3)4 또는 (R-NH3)2Pt(OH)6로부터 선택되는 1종이상의 백금계 화합물 및 이들의 수화물로부터 유도된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 엔진의 배기 가스 정화용 산화촉매 제조방법.(상기에서 R은 C1~C8의 알킬 또는 시클로알킬기이며, 히드록시기 또는 아미노기로 치환될 수 있다.)
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 디젤 엔진의 배기 가스 정화용 산화촉매.
- 제 7항의 산화촉매를 구비한 디젤 엔진의 배기가스 정화 장치.
