Claims (5)
- 기재(基材)와,
Bi 또는 Bi 합금으로 이루어지며 상기 기재상에 위치하는 오버레이층과,
상기 오버레이층 내의 표면부에 위치하며, 오버레이층의 산화에 의해 형성된 산화물을 포함하는 산화물층을 구비하고,
상기 산화물층 중의 산화물인 산화 비스무트의 함유량은 산소농도로서 0.5질량% 이상, 8.0질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 오버레이층 중의 Bi 또는 Bi 합금의 결정의 주배향면은 배향지수가 50%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 산화물층 중의 산화 비스무트의 결정의 주배향면은 (220)면 또는 (201)면임을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 슬라이딩 부재를 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 기재상에 Bi 또는 Bi 합금을 도금하여서 오버레이층을 형성하는 도금 공정과,
상기 오버레이층의 표면에 수용성 기름을 부착시켜서 건조시킨 후, 90~130℃의 온도로 30분에서 2시간의 열처리를 시행함으로써 표면에 산화 비스무트를 생성시키는 산화 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재의 제조방법. - 제 3항에 기재된 슬라이딩 부재를 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 기재상에 Bi 또는 Bi 합금을 도금하여서 오버레이층을 형성하는 도금 공정과,
상기 오버레이층의 표면에 수용성 기름을 부착시켜서 건조시킨 후, 90~130℃의 온도로 30분에서 2시간의 열처리를 시행함으로써 표면에 산화 비스무트를 생성시키는 산화 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재의 제조방법.
