Claims (10)
- 촉매 물질이 산소 저장 성분을 포함하는 제1 지지체 상의 백금 성분으로부터 선택되는 귀금속을 포함하는 제1 층, 산소 저장 성분을 포함하는 제2 지지체 상의 로듐 성분으로부터 선택되는 귀금속을 포함하는 제2 층, 및 고표면적 내화 금속 산화물을 포함하는 제3 지지체 상의 팔라듐 성분으로부터 선택되는 귀금속을 포함하는 제3 층을 포함하고, 동시에 일산화탄소 및 탄화수소를 산화시키고 질소 산화물을 환원시키는데 효과적인 것인,
담체 상 촉매 물질을 포함하는 층상 촉매 복합물이며,
여기서, 고표면적 내화 금속 산화물은 알루미나, 실리카, 실리카-알루미나, 알루미노-실리케이트, 알루미나-지르코니아, 알루미나-세리아-지르코니아, 란타나-알루미나, 란타나-지르코니아-알루미나, 바리아-알루미나, 바리아-란타나-알루미나, 바리아-란타나-네오디미아-알루미나, 알루미나-크로미아 및 알루미나-세리아로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 활성화 화합물을 포함하고,
산소 저장 성분은 세리아, 프라세오디미아 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인, 층상 촉매 복합물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 지지체 및 제2 지지체가 각각 독립적으로 고표면적 내화 금속 산화물을 추가로 포함하고, 제3 지지체가 산소 저장 성분을 추가로 포함하는 것인, 층상 촉매 복합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3 지지체가 비표면적 (specific surface area)이 50 내지 300 m2/g인 γ-알루미나 또는 촉진제-안정화 γ-알루미나를 포함하는 금속 산화물을 포함하고, 여기서 촉진제가 바리아, 지르코니아, 란타나, 네오디미아 또는 이들의 조합인, 층상 촉매 복합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제3 지지체에 존재하는 알루미나가 바리아, 지르코니아, 란타나, 네오디미아 또는 이들의 조합에 의해 안정화되고, 층 중에 60 내지 97 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 것인, 층상 촉매 복합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 알루미나가 바리아, 네오디미아 및 란타나에 의해 안정화된 감마 알루미나를 포함하는 것인, 층상 촉매 복합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 층, 제2 층, 제3 층 또는 이들의 조합이 독립적으로 제2 귀금속 성분을 추가로 포함하는 것인, 층상 촉매 복합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 층이 층의 0.1 내지 5.0 중량% 범위의 양으로 백금을 포함하고, 층의 15 내지 90 중량% 범위의 양으로 산소 저장 성분을 포함하는 것인, 층상 촉매 복합물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 층이 층의 15 내지 50 중량% 범위의 양으로 산소 저장 성분을 포함하는 것인, 층상 촉매 복합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1 층이 층의 15 내지 30 중량% 범위의 양으로 산소 저장 성분을 포함하는 것인, 층상 촉매 복합물.
