Claims (12)
- 복수의 화소가 기판상에 행렬형상으로 배치된 화소 어레이부를 구비하며,
상기 복수의 화소 각각이, 용량 소자, 애노드 전극과 캐소드 전극을 갖는 전기광학 소자, 신호선으로부터 비디오 신호를 샘플링하도록 구성된 기록 트랜지스터, 및 상기 비디오 신호에 따라서 상기 전기광학 소자의 애노드 전극에 전류를 공급하도록 구성된 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하고,
상기 용량 소자는 상기 기판 및 상기 전기광학 소자 사이에 배치되고, 상기 용량 소자는 기판측 상의 제1 전극과 전기광학 소자측 상의 제2 전극을 포함하며,
상기 복수의 화소중 제1 화소의 용량 소자는 상기 제1 화소에 인접한 상기 복수의 화소중 제2 화소의 애노드 전극과 부분적으로 중첩하고,
상기 용량 소자의 제2 전극이 고정 전위를 공급하는 전극에 연결된 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용량 소자의 제2 전극이 상기 전기광학 소자의 캐소드 전극에 연결된 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 화소중 상기 제1 화소가 청색광을 발광하도록 구성된 표시 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 화소중 상기 제2 화소가 녹색광을 발광하도록 구성된 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 화소중 상기 제1 화소의 용량 소자가 상기 복수의 화소중 상기 제1 화소의 애노드 전극과 부분적으로 중첩되는 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용량 소자의 제1 전극이 상기 전기광학 소자의 애노드 전극에 연결된 표시 장치. - 제1 화소와, 상기 제1 화소에 인접한 제2 화소를 포함하는, 기판상에 형성된 복수의 화소를 구비하며,
상기 제1 화소 및 상기 제2 화소 각각은, 용량 소자, 애노드 전극과 캐소드 전극을 갖는 전기광학 소자, 신호선으로부터 비디오 신호를 샘플링하도록 구성된 기록 트랜지스터, 및 상기 비디오 신호에 따라서 상기 전기광학 소자의 애노드 전극에 전류를 공급하도록 구성된 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하고,
상기 용량 소자는 상기 기판 및 상기 전기광학 소자 사이에 배치되고, 상기 용량 소자는 기판측 상의 제1 전극과 전기광학 소자측 상의 제2 전극을 포함하며,
상기 제1 화소는 청색광을 발광하도록 구성되고, 상기 제2 화소는 녹색광을 발광하도록 구성되며,
상기 제1 화소의 용량 소자는 상기 제2 화소의 애노드 전극과 부분적으로 중첩하고,
상기 용량 소자의 제2 전극이 고정 전위를 공급하는 전극에 연결되어 있는 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 용량 소자의 제2 전극이 상기 전기광학 소자의 캐소드 전극에 연결되어 있는 표시 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제1 화소의 용량 소자가 상기 제1 화소의 애노드 전극과 부분적으로 중첩되는 표시 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 용량 소자의 제1 전극이 상기 전기광학 소자의 애노드 전극에 연결된 표시 장치.
